    In this short video I am going to show you the two best yin yoga poses for constipation relief. If you experience bloating and bramps due to constipation, this short yin yoga sequence will help to relax your colon and then put pressure on your colon to move the feces along. This is the best yin yoga for digestion and constipation.     Omg god bless you! I had a crazy headache due to my constipation this morning and I can’t believe it’s all relieved.very effective technique i will recommend it to everyone and if you still are constipated after this then must see a specialist.

      This is just superb, I've been looking for "natural remedies for constipation" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Qaneah Neynna Takeover - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate got amazing results with it.

    I changed my eating habits to more healthy and I’ve been constipated for the past few months, I hope this helps! It’s so scary cause I’ve also been dealing with anxiety and every time I can’t go I feel like my stomach is just going to burst from the the pain on my side

    I forgot i was lactose intolerant (yes, i genuinely forgot) and ate 2 liters of yoghurt over 3 days. I woke up at 3 am last night from INTENSE stabbing pains in my colon/rectum.... i really thought my colon was about to explode from my stool being stuck. I cried out in pain for 5 hours and then finally had a bowel movement which relieved a majority of the pain. I swear to god i’ve never felt this kind of pain, and i have a high pain tolerance. Lesson learned: i am lactose intolerant and should not eat yoghurt like that EVER AGAIN 😅 today im still a little uncomfortable with gas and a some constipation still, so i’ll try these yoga poses. I also just had a whole bunch of water, prune juice and a dose of laxatives - so now its just a waiting game i guess 🤷🏽‍♀️

      Natalia Paz yes, it does help. The prunes are better as a long term solution if you struggle with constipation regularly, though. If you eat 5 prunes a day i promise you’ll feel better in a few days. Try psyllium/husk fibers. They’re nasty to swallow, but try incorporating them in oatmeal. That way you wont have to gag 😂

    New subscriber looking for poses and diet changes that may help hemorrhoids & constipation. My hemorrhoids come & go depending on how much I strain to go, how long I'm on my feet, etc. Right after I did these poses I went with only a little straining. Yay!     Hi melissa. I'm totally blind so could you describe that last pose you did in this video. I'm presuming you were on your tummy since your voice was more muffled than during the other two poses but was there something special about the precise positioning you're supposed to be in? thank you for the help, I appreciate it.

      Hi Scott. I’m not Melissa but wanted to help. In the last pose, she was on her knees and bum on her ankles, then leaned over and put forearms on the ground. So I’m leaning over this way, it puts the pressure of your stomach on your colon area. I hope this helps!

    Guys, its work!! I have surgery one month ago at my pelvis area. After discharge, I was suffering hard stool every single day. I have try alot of way to make my stool softer.yst i found this video, i follow the step for 15 mins after sleep . Miracle happen today i poo without pain.

    I've been constipated since my surgery about 3 months ago and it feels really uncomfortable. I just found this video and I've done it, 1 minute for each pose, is it okay?
    I haven't got any bowel movements since yesterday so i really hope it will works well for me.

      It is wrong... Biologically, you should drink 2-3 glass of water in morning and then go potty ... This is best practise...

      you might be dehydrated...it's a common cause of constipation....wise to see your medical doctor to confirm :)

      You might have a food intolerance or bowel disease. I noticed the same link and I'm now with my doctor and nutritionist trying to find out what's going on. First thing we're trying is histamine intolerance. Good luck!

    Yoga is nice and relaxing but too gentle for chronic or severe constipation when people are living in misery. Go see a bowel function specialist. These doctors and nurses have clinics and will help you achieve better bowel function. It could take months of retraining your bowel but any improvement is beneficial long-term. You do NOT want bowel problems in old age!

    I've got such terrible stomach cramps after every meal I have. It only goes away once it feels like my rectum has contents cleared. But then starts all over once i eat again. Its so painful and uncomfortable. Pain spreading to my lower back now.
