Inspired by my own journey with yoga for depression, this 30-minute restorative yoga class includes four restorative yoga poses for depression. Yoga philosophy teaches us that at our core we are not our thoughts and moods.

Thank you so much for this compassionate yin practice for depression. I loved your message and reassurance. Even though I have experienced depression before it always feels like it is never going to end. I am 80 in Kundalini and this practice helped me to become more centered and to feel tyhe aliveness within me, ev en though mymind wants me to be in fear and believe otherwise.
