This was terrific. I was not sure if I could do Restorative at home (enough props, right sequence, relax enough) this video proved I could, and encouraged me to do it regularly, thank you Caren for allowing the share of this video, just perfect!

All poses affect the parasympathetic nervous system, and for some you may feel sensations in different places. But I wouldn’t say certain poses are for specific organs because yoga works on a holistic level. 😊

Very nice practice and instruction. Everything was very well planned and easy to follow.You have a very nice style. Your comments throughout were sincere and not overdone. Very soothing.
I liked this practice. Very nice. I just had trouble to stay on the bolster at the last pose (legs against the wall) so I just pushed my self away from the wall a bit and placed 2 pillows under my hips instead. Still, I felt a lot of pressure on my shoulders and neck... Next time I won't put anything under my hips.

I propose restorative yoga in the evening as a detox supporting practice along with a gentle Hatha in the morning. And you Caren, where are you based?

Do you have a chair or couch? You can try Legs Up The Chair instead, with knees bent and your calves on the seat.
