Cooking Whole Chickens In the Char-Broil Big Easy

it's September and I'm in the mood for comfort food. I purchased 2 whole chickens at Costco, brined them overnight in the Hi Mountain Seasonings Game Bird & Poultry Brine Mix. Next, I rubbed the chickens with Hi Mountain's Poultry Rub and cooked them in the Char-Broil Big Easy Infrared Fryer. The total cooking time was about 2.5 hours.
The chicken was delicious!!!! Cooking times will vary based on temperature, wind conditions, weight of chickens, etc. Cook your chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F!
