SERIOUS QUESTION : At what point in time do we just totally move on. Spending all this energy on wondering what that broken avoident is up to, drains your energy. Keep in mind I spent a LOT of time with you on one to one calls amd it finally paid off 9 months later. AND I would NOT have made it happen without you. Now, I am sure you will figure out who this is as we just did a couple more coaching recently over a different "damaged Avoident" If it was a fluke that she even called as my furnature got deklivered to her new place. And if I wasnt living the perfect storybook life it never would have happened. With this new damaged woman, I am doing the work. I am in the gym with a personal trainer. I am working on everything. Tell me how to walk away and if she comes to her senses Ill will take the call. Keep in Mind you were MONUMENTAL in me getting that oher ex back and even married her. So is there a cutorff time where I pick up the phone and break no contact?? Or do I dissapear now, get a life and not even think about her anymore??? Thanks Craig you are the best!

My previous ex is the same way, whenever she sees me she runs away on the other side of the street or wherever, it hurt before but now I think its just funny 😅 I too am happy I didnt end up with her. I did do a lot of growing since that breakup, I look better, I finished school and all that but now I got dumped by my latest ex and im doing the work again! Never stop working on yourself guys!
Something these things happen. Keep up the faith and work. Try to focus on the positive things in all areas of your life.
I saw my ex recently. And. She looked Nervous. I just looked the other way.
We all deserve someone love us the way we love them. Not avoiding our love. Let’s the avoidance heal themselves, we can’t help them.

When me and my ex wife broke up, I changed my life in so many ways, I became motivated to make money and become a better person! Wow, it was a journey! But my last breakup was different! I now worked on mental health as she caused me massive problems!
Wow. This story. Really hits home
Yesterday was the last day I reached out to him. (We broke up March 5th, and I reach out a whole bunch to the point where I got blocked on everything, besides the game system. I even reached out to his friend and mom for the last time). It’s been really hard because I truly thought he was my soulmate, but he dumped me like garbage. I truly started the no contact rule today. It hasn’t been easy. And parts of me still thinks that maybe one day we’ll get back together.
I'm currently going through the same situation. Keep going and find ways to distract yourself somehow. It ain't easy. Eventually things will get better
I certainly feel I have grown and am more confident since doing the work books. This is a great story, it reminds me of the song by Garth Brooks called, “Unanswered Prayers”
This video has helped me so much I’m currently in therapy and on my number 3 breakup with my avoidant ex, I’m starting to realise the damage he has caused me through these last 3 years and I’m ready to grow and to hopefully move on just like this lady did. I am in no contact now after it taking over 4 months to break the contact between us it’s been incredibly painful and 6 months since we broke up, he reached out to me a few times but never had any intention to get back together it just hurt me. I am definitely going to invest in the work books and spend these next months healing and growing so I know the next man who comes into my life will be a healthy one ❤

@@captcraig7325so sorry to hear this that sounds awful hope you find the strength to get better… it’s so awful going through this the pain is horrific 😢 I have lost both of parents too and suffering with this breakup and what he’s done to me mentally has been more painful… and that’s no joke!! I actually nearly broke no contact today but with a lot of deep breathing and back watching these videos and trying to talk myself out of it and remembering all the things he has done that’s massively hurt me I managed to not reach out!! Uggggghhh I can’t wait till this is over x
Me n my ex have been split up for almost 2 years now. We do have a daughter together so we do keep in contact for her. There was never no abuse or cheating we just argued and fought over the dumbest stuff and i wish i could take it all back but i can't. We get along pretty well and i k ow for a fact she is either my Twin flame or soulmate, but lately when ever we see each other shes always smiling and waving to me so I only wish I knew what was going on in her mind

Her ex doesn't care, seeing her on the train didn't affect him at all because if it did he would be begging her to get back to her, calling her or looking for her on social media, he has a girlfriend and he drop her for his girlfriend, if he cares he would take her back but he didn't
Success story I got my ex back and some it's been a rough 2 years off and on after 10 years of marriage. No contact works therapy works the workbooks work the new issues my wife brought her mom to live with us this is tuff the mother in law has been with us 6months I hope this temporay I can not live with a 3 opinion about every thing dinner at home date nights Valentine's birthdays I ask myself what went wrong in my mother n law life that she has to come live with us. 10 months of no contact and I ran into my ex last night at the grocery store with her FWB that she left me for. She didn't seem angry we both seemed shocked and jittery for a brief moment she almost looked like she was going to cry. I told her I tried to reach out to her several months ago and asked if I was blocked she said she thinks I am. I told her you know I don't hate you right and said I had so much to update her on and asked if I could reach out she said she doesn't think it would be a good idea because things ended badly. I told her I forgive her. We pretty much parted ways there. How bad did I screw up and do you think I still have a chance?
Just stop. Seriously move on and leave her alone. You’ll regret going back to it, it always ends up the same. If they already left you before, they’ll do it again. It is better to find someone else who won’t leave you and will stick through with you during the good, bad, and ugly.
@@Chris_8 thanks bro but if that's how you feel why are you watching a channel about getting your ex back? Also missing her isn't a choice, believe me I've been trying for 10 months to "move on" in therapy the whole time too. Believe me, just because you have a choice doesn't mean everyone does
