7 months after the breakup and it still hurts what he did to me. He quickly moved onto the new supply after i gave him my everything
Craig he came back and met me last week after 2years of no contact, thanks to your videos. He wants us to start as friends and takenit to boy friend and girlfriend status. I told him l was open to it. Iam watching him from a distance, l dont initiate any texts or calls till he does. He blames all his flows to his childhood abuse and rejection. He profusely apologised and offered to help me financially which l turned down. However, l have worked on my self thanks to you. Iam going back to school, my life is much better that l even don't care if he walks away......

@@sugandhamishra7230 l did move on but in a different way....reflecting back on all my relationships, where l may have go wrong etc. I put all relationship issues aside and learned how to love myy self and thru self examination... it was not easy but l had to do it. Iam really in a happy place mentally and physically.
Hello Craig, my ex broke up with me in December 2023 and I have been following your no contact and have been working on myself and understanding my and his attachment styleHe reached out to me in February and in March we went out for dinner. Last Saturday, we went out for another date and we both talked about our reflections and takeaways from the previous relationship. We shared what book we read to improve our communication skills and attachment styles. He’s an avoidant and i have anxious attachment style. I worked on my emotions and re-direct my thoughts when I feel anxious. Four months later, we are working on the new boundaries of our new relationship and we are willing to give it a try! I truly appreciate your guidance! I encourage others to stay positive and do your work! You will eventually win your ex back! Don’t give up!
See. This is why I'm confused. My last ex we never fought. My first ex I did things wrong that I've worked on. So. Yea it would be great if I had a second chance. But that doesn't look it's happening. In the words of Captain Picard, "You can do everything right and still lose."
Taking your power back is basically creating a bright future for yourself. I'm studying Japanese right now. It's one of the few languages that I find fun to speak and write.
I don’t like it when people use withdrawing attention as a punishment to try and get the other person to behave as they would ideally like. It would appear that the woman is not interested enough to make him her first and only choice. That needs to be respected.
If it takes two, to make a relationship work, surely it must take two for it to collapse, accountability is such a big dynamic in relationships. If he works on himself, does your workbooks etc and she just gets into another relationship without working on herself, the odds of it happening again are obviously high. They both must do the work.
Magnet of success talks alot about this in his blog. That's why you shouldn't take someone back on a whim when they ask for another chance. They too need to prove they want it and put in the work they probably didn't do after they broke up with you

Someone who breaks up 3 times with the same person and does nothing about it truly is pathetic. I'm about to start a 3 third run-through on the CH course and workbooks, listen to the 'be a master in relationships' playlist like a radio station every day, in nearly two years I never got a reach out for a 3.5 year relationship, engaged and we never came close to breaking up, and it was her mother in the background lieing about me that caused the breakup. Been dating again but modern women are awful. Trying to find one who wants something serious and isn't low quality is hard.

@@fernmiranda914 Sadly, I was with a Ukrainian woman who was born and raised in Ukraine and I met her there. She was living there up until the war and ended up in Florida.
On some level I wanted to keep my relationship together even though I knew it was not going to work long term, it still hurts seeing a partner move on even when you know they were not the right person for you

should i go through the workbooks if i dont want my ex back? she took my virginity and was my first love, but i think her leaving me was the best thing she did for me.. looking back i didn't realize what i was getting myself into trying to help her heal from her immense traumas and abusive past. she wants to be friends and part of me wants to because we were childhood friends, but i told her i need space for a while because there's still feelings involved and it's only been 2 weeks. also still trying to get rid of the resentment, because the breakup was cordial and mutual.. but based off her behaviors i can't help but wonder if she cheated or anything like that.

Its been 7 months NC now. I'm not sure if shell ever reach out direct but her texts to family have been polite and asking after me. Ive done all the work on me so maybe ill just be content with my own future at this length of time.
Left me 8 months ago blocked me for 1.5 months she unblocked me a week ago.. still see this guy all over her stuff.. why unblock me when I was just starting to accept.. and yeah I worked on myself bench press 4 months straight now grew alot actually.. got my dream car a mustang and yet I'm still thinking of her everyday.. I still love her.. I'm not going to reach out.. clearly rejection would happen but I just don't understand why not unblock me when there's no other guy.. just hurts..

Cool video. My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.

Still some grat insights here and there.
I'm pretty sure if I had a larger apartment, and my S. African man wasn't white and can't find work in Cape Town, we'd be chill together. LIfe intervenes and I just have to believe that if SM didn't exist we would never have met. Perhaps that is the best take on it.
