We are going through a separation. My wife blocked me then unblocked me. She is watching my social media with a fake account she made. I have been working on myself, lost 40 lbs, carry myself with confidence and actually love myself for the first time in my life.

What people have to realize is that “love” differs per person. I honestly think that people don’t know what TRUE love is.
I think most of people’s love is conditional/transactional.
Through Craig's videos I learned that love is not a feeling. It's also an action, behaviour, a skill. It is learned. And can changed and be developed through working on yourself.
Thanks to your videos I stay strong during no contact...since July...in his last audio he said "it's probably the last time we speak"....it was so painful to hear.

Yes I get my ex back. Did a lot of inner work. Just to be dumped again few months later. Shes DA. And second round devasteted me. I go through break up again. Lost so much time feeling terrible. I dont believe in love anymore. So You may get your ex back but be careful what you wish for
😢 Damn. What was the reason for the second break-up? Hang in there and keep working on yourself, surrounding yourself by people who love you and want to be around you.
Im going thru the same situation :( we have to stay strong , again im in no contact. Its also better for myself , I deleted him from my phone, so i dont have the urge to contact him

My avoidant ex came back after 10 months and poured out his heart on how much he loved me and how much he still thinks about all our beautiful moments together. He got scared the day after and ran again. Love truly never ends once someone touches your heart. I will always love him and he will always love me no matter what - even if we don't end up together 🤍
After 3months of no contact, i started watching your vids and working on myself, we started by texting, then met on Friday which got 🔥 and now today, he is passing by to visit me and our son❤

Hi coaches!! I'm now today thirty two days in NC. ,no whatts up either thank God!! So far there's radio silence,and i got through his bday last week not reaching out. If it weren't for the help of your videos I'd have given in a long time ago. I am working on trying to find myself these days, im a romantic at heart,but i think he's happy as he is now,im also hoping that he's noticed that im not looked for him like before,i dont know as if yet, there's no talking,but i also hope he remembers thise hugs as soon as i saw him,which showed and said more than any words ever could,im proud of myself that im able to have gotten this far through one of the most painful times in my life,thank you for this great channel 💯
It’s been over a year with her reaching out a few times throughout. Now it’s been almost two months of nothing from her after reaching out at least twice a month. I think she might be gone for good this time but I’m not reaching out, I never was the one to do so. I still love her so much and even though I’ve worked on myself and grown, I want her back.
Been in NC 11 mths now. NC works 💯 of the time ! Meaning , NC is not to get your ex back , it's to get you back !

I have a success story, me and my ex were in a relationship for 20 yrs and last year he told me that he was seeing someone else and he chose the other woman and I think he was in a midlife crisis affair bc the other woman is 15 yrs younger than him and after us only being separated for 9 months I found out he married her and they had a baby even though this messed me up on so many levels and I could write a book on how this was a blessing in disguise but its brought me and our son closer and made me step out of my comfort zone and start a whole new life at the age of 45, after some time I'm seeing the light at the end of the dark tunnel. So i feel like this has been a success story for myself!!

Could you please share with me some of your thoughts how it is a blessing in disguise? Leaving for someone significantly younger seems to be a really common story among women… like all the time that adds up and you put in doesn’t matter because you only get farther and farther away from a man’s preferred age range. Is there a silver lining in a story like this? It might brighten my spirits to hear
My mother is a challenge lol, children are such a blessing. I have even ran a kiddie ride kiosk in a mall and security could not believe how helpful and wonderful all of the would be "troublemakers" are. While people escalate things in an effort to try and control situations and other people, the kids would come and help out, yes they did learn that I would not tolerate abuse but in time they started to realize that it's so much nicer if we all work together. I felt like a kindergarten teacher getting to know all the kids and parents, for those that want to try to play devil's advocate, yes I have my own kids and their adults now, some of the parents at the mall would try to say just wait until you have your own kids and other ignorant ideas like that, I would not rebutte to them because I didn't want to hurt their feelings but my kids were never assholes and people used to tell me how they couldn't believe I never had to raise my voice to them even. why would I have to yell, yelling does not help communication. I remember I would go to sweep and then the kids would want to help me sweep, I go to vacuum and the kids want to help vacuum, now the mother of my kids can also be very manipulative and invasive just like my mother and so when I left her, at the time I didn't realize what was going on but all I knew is that the situation did not feel right... now I understand so much that I have so many options with women that it's unbelievable, even gorgeous underaged girls lying about their age to me and trying to crawl all over me lol.. I guess I made them feel heard and understood and I can validate their feelings without trying because it is not about manipulation or techniques, it's all about understanding and connecting. you guys sharing your experience and your clients experiences of course helps a lot but I believe most of my progress was spurred by doing the workbooks, I went through all 10 workbooks twice and thoroughly within 3 months which might sound way too fast but my job allowed me to spend hours each day on them. it truly was work and I loved seeing how they became more challenging as I progressed through them. I was getting paid less than minimum wage when I was purchasing them one by one... so for anybody to make excuses is just... 🤷 now I am not perfect.. I do realize that I was becoming manipulative and intrusive when I was being discarded by a lovely woman whom I will always care about. she resorted to turning very hurtful towards me which now I can understand why.

One thing I've learned is these videos provide fantastic information, and yes a lot of the time they make perfect sense. But if you are coming out of a short term dating situation and you are really hurt because you had strong feelings for the person who dumped you, these videos won't help you unfortunately so please don't get your hopes high. They only apply to those who have been in long term relationships/marriages, so if you are currently in no contact with your dumper, it's extremely unlikely she will ever come back. Unfortunately there ain't many useful videos out there for short term dating breakups, which is really frustrating.
Yeah mine was 4 months long. So I think it was easy for her to move on. These videos barely make me feel better anymore because I know its hopeless...
My ex is not exactly an ex, it's a romantic relationship that he never gave a chance to. He never wanted to be more than friends because we are long distance, but the connection between us was so strong and so beautiful 😢 He kept coming closer and closer of his own initiative and then pulling away again "because we couldn't be together". At some point I couldn't take it anymore and I said we should stop talking to each other because I didn't want to be just his friend and it was too painful for me to hear him talking about potentially dating other women (even though he didn't actually date anyone while we were friends for 1.5 years)... I still have hope that one day he will realize this love is worth fighting for and we can find a way to be together in the same place, if he would only give it a chance.
My boyfriend recently ghosted me after 7 years distance relationsship. He was suppose to visit me but dissapered 1 week before, didn't read my messages and eventually blocked me. Working on myself now thanks to your videos 🙏

A lot of things have become clear to me after watching these videos among this my anxious attachment style. Also have more traumas from my childhood with lots of unmet needs. Need to heal myself before I can move on, and hopefully attract a good man and get a healthy relationship.

Absolutely, and after focusing on yourself - you will find someone more incredible and suited to you. Be true to yourself, keep doing the things you love, surround yourself with friends and family, go on a holiday if you need to. But things will be amazing again 😊
Me wondering what I did wrong ; also me wondering if I am gonna get closure & 😊 me 🎉 realizing I can be single for the rest of my life and still be happy .
Me and my EX GF have been separated for 4 months and saw each other once so I can see OUR son. We don’t live in the same state anymore but I did go no contact for some months besides occasionally talking about diapers and wipes. I basically have been trying to build myself and build my knowledge on all this I’m learning from videos and reading books. We did start talking a little more recently and things get hot in the convos like sexually and she said her LOVE for me never went away. I played it cool and just flirted. She did say they might be moving back to the state I’m in and she wants to meet up on January 6th when she’s out here. She plays hot and cold. We were flirting and then the next day she lashed out at me and I didn’t give into her argument I just played it cool. She said “ugh I hate you so much” and then said it’s more of a” LOVE HATE 😅”! I don’t understand why one day she acts like I really want to see you and make love and make another baby to her being super distant for the next weeks. I do understand it could be victim of nostalgia but why else is she messing with my head like this? I mean I have a feeling she might be narcissistic but I dunno

I would go period if my ex invited me. Just make sure you cool and calm. And just gave a good time.

My ex fell out of love with me she supported her best friend male friend over me when i misunderstood her. & she said that she loves him to bits & said he is gay no hes bisexual as we met his ex girlfriend & she woyld always want to see him on her own!!! She never put us first so i kicked off got drunk & said some insulting words to her which i regret & are remorseful for saying to her.
I got jealous yet she kept seeing me for 3 years after she ended our relationship & gad sex with me but didn't want to work things out with me! So id send her texts once a month as i let my emotions get the better of me. Now she is seeing someone else. & said not to contact her as its not good for anyone

My question is I am on my second marriage annd I watched you during the first divorce and it helped it lasted 9 years. My second marriage is now 3 years. My wife has had 3 kids with an abusive guy who has nothing to do with her or the kids and running from the law. She had another guy who struggled with Alcohol and.also lost a baby together. Then she met me. We are so right for each other but we are polar opposites. My wife is depressed and I think deals with abandonment issues. And deals with PTSD. Shes constently treating me bad and throwing me out. Shes even been physically abusive to me. I lobe her dearly and I know shes had it rough and I am being patient with her. I also what to show her kids nkt all men are bad and being there for them. My question is sometimes she says I am not your Ex! But my Ex Divorced me and my current wife threatens me with Divorce. Is she saying she wont be like my Ex and Divorce me? I also feel she when she kicks me out over minor matters she gets rid of something that I have during when I was with my Ex. Is she saying my Ex is Threat? She does live close by and we all know each other. Although I havnt seen or talked to her in 2 years. My concern is what does she mean by I am not your Ex when shes acting like my Ex. If you can.do a video of this that would be great. Thanks again Coach!

Hey Craig, would it be possible to do a video on chances after breadcrumbing. Ive been breadcrumbed for 7 months after being cancelled on again and again after shes reached out and ive asked her out. I feel like its too far down the line for her to ever come back. So far its been 6 weeks since the last contact which is the longest its ever been and it feels hard to know i may never hear from her again, ive been slowely working on the workbooks, part 4 at the moment. Like i said NC after breadcrumbing feels different than NC only a few weeks or months into it. Im prepared to stay in NC and ignore her breadcrumbs from here on out. I wish i hadnt been naive but i didnt know she would cancel. Shes reached out about all sorts of stuff including break ups with Other people because she said I was her best friend and she loved me and would die for me at the breakup, we had a great relationship but went long distance and she couldnt handle it due to depression.
Honestly it sounds to me like she is using you as her support blanket when her other relationships have crumbled as she knows that you will always be there to pick her up when she needs you. I’m telling you this as I myself have done it in the past to a partner. In this situation I think you need to stay strong and not make it so easy for her to get through to you. She would really need to feel the loss of you for it to trigger her anxiety about actually losing you. But that’s just what I think… good luck!

it sounds like the holidays are getting to you guys lol, maybe you guys need to do a refresher through the workbooks lol 🤗 if my ex tried to manipulate me into coming back to her after all of the healing and growing I have done, she does not have a chance. obviously it's her anxiety that's driving her to get him back, yet she stated straight out that they would not be together but she thinks she is doing it for having the needs met of the child which sounds nice and all but a toxic manipulative abusive relationship is not exactly healthy for the children or anybody. hell it probably would even affect their goldfish lol. I hope everybody will do the work for their own sake and for the sake of their loved ones and associates. unfortunately people don't tend to want to put any effort in until they are suffering so much...

It depends, it’s easier for women to distract themselves. We have more options than men & it’s easier to find love. Notice majority of these comments are men wanting their women back. Women we move on later, Men move on right away but then it come back later. Notice as women all of our exes come back
