I always found it weird how at 2:00:05 Oreyn already knows who the leader of the Blackwood company is, but then when your interrogating the guy finding out who the leader is, is something Oreyn wants to know.

If I recall correctly each month gold and maybe other things would appear in the guildmasters chest. But I think before that it starts of being empty.
