Bad cooling fan controller. 2004 Mercedes C230 w203 cooling fan not working

After going through a puddle my AC and cooling fan stopped working a few minutes later. the AC condenser is getting very hot and the AC is blowing warm air. the only way the AC blows cold air is if I am driving 45 miles an hour for about 10 minutes. the problem is a bad fan controller, it seems like water got into it and shorted out about seven circuits on the small board that stands up straight on the main board. if I could have seen the value of each component I would have replaced them but some of the regulators, resistors and diodes are shattered so I'm not able to see the numbers on them.
