Hi bobby finallly got to see this video and have driven a 09 toyota mark x, and my wife currently has a 2016 mazda 6 2.5 touring gvc....yes in handling, ride etc mazda 6 beats mark x hands down....but it has its charm....as well
always find it interesting how the accords, camry and mazda 6 is more spacious than the E and 5 depsite the massive price difference
If you want space, can always opt for a van or a bus
For me I find that the W210 had more space than the W211
Actually what bobby calls the "phone holder" in the rear center armrest is just a blank space left(normaly seat heating button) by bermaz because they didn't spec the rear seat heater.
Stephane Li, correct the European and American specs use that space for the rear seat heating control but I like that they keep it open for the Asian market, at least you can use it for the phone.

@@BobbyAngmalaysia Just to share, owned a mazda 2 (version before the LED DRL facelift). A car that put smile on my face, even when cruising above road legal limit. The transmission "seems" to know what the driver wants to do and in this regard, its better than the DSG in my polo tsi sport. I also tested the vios with the 7 speed cvt and thats the first and the last time for me.

waiting mazda 6new..2.5l T. .and better tat brings out with same spec interior as in japan spec ...because interior quality is very far diferent then the japan spec..why not malaysia do it the same..hmmm
The control dashboard looks like the new A Class and Audi A4.
They must use the same one then it may depending on which companies sale it to masda aswell .

because malaysian like black interior... The bright colour tone leather wear off so fast.. my friend Vios G that have beige whitish interior wear off real quick..
how's the handling during high speed cruising?
Bobby went up genting with the 2.0L petrol version (on sport mode) and he was smiling all the way..
Did about 220-230kph some weeks ago and handled just fine, after hitting the speed to maintain it the fuel consumption was about 10-12l/100 and wasn't even revving that much. Highly recommend
Unfortunately the Mazda 6 Waggon is not available in Asia.
It's available in Malaysia but only 2.5L

It is available in the Philippines.....but 2.5 liter naturally-aspirated engine only (no Skyactiv Turbo)

JG Low compression ratio. Compression to expansion ratio are pretty close to 1:1 vs traditional diesel with commonly lower expansion ratio. Precise combustion near TDC result in lower NOx and soot emission.
