To find hundreds of my favorite places, use my mobile app. Just search 'Teenee' in the Apple or Android store and for $2/month you get them all on an interactive map with turn by turn directions and a private video tour of each spot. Here's a link: teenee.onelink.me/6pHT/RW4U
@@surveysformoney3001 ZERO of the places are sponsored. ZERO. and there are places of all price ranges in there. all expensive? there are tons of places in there where a meal is under 60 baht. what pins in the app did you look at? i am curious to hear.....
My sister Orr is in Chang Mai right now, her husband, my brother loved your videos. He passed away last year. It would be amazing if you bumped into her!! She's a special lady. Love your videos thank you 💜
I lived in the neighborhood next to CMU for two years and mornings were always my favorite time to go out and explore. This video really struck a chord and has made me feel so nostalgic for my old home. Can't wait to go back. Thanks for posting. Always love seeing your Chiang Mai videos.
You got me craving to move back to Thailand. I never really liked Chiang Mai, you got me loving it Chris. I don't know what I was thinking when I moved back to the USA.
Thanks for this Chris! I’ve lived in Thailand but my husband has only been as a tourist and when we talk about moving to Thailand it’s hard for him to wrap his head around what that would actually look like. This video is incredibly helpful to show all the little things that make living in Thailand so great (like seeing the person raking the lawn and walking along the running path next to the water)
Awesome vlog Chris. Love the morning routine, such a nice cafe to start your day, and also to be with your parents, priceless. Thank you for sharing. Happy safe and fun travels
Hey Chris. Chiang Mai has so much to offer. I've been living in Laos the past three years and will be moving with the family to Chiang Mai in July for a change of scene. If I bump into you I'll be sure to say hi mate. Keep living the dream!
That sounds amazing mate! I’m also looking to move the family to chiang Mai but from the much less sunny Manchester uk! We would love to be on koh Chang full time but with the need for reliable internet for work etc it seems the better option. Do you think there is lots to keep the kids entertained? Also how are you going about schooling?
This brings back good memories. When I was living in Chinatown Bangkok, every morning I would walk to a congee shop. I'd add pork liver, tripe, pork balls, egg, white pepper and Thai chili flakes. The absolute best meal to start off a busy day. It was like having coffee in the morning. If I didn't get my congee, I felt like I had no energy the entire morning.
Truly this is why I love Chiang Mai and why it is my Thailand home! Mind you I enjoy most of Thailand from Essan to Phuket to Yala and even Pattaya and Bangkok but Chiang Mai is the reason I want to be there!
Good afternoon Chris and Haley, you guys are great together and your videos are amazing to watch. The amount of information you pack into your vlogs is just mind-blowing. I will be a native of Thailand by this summer leaving the cold days and very expensive bills and the rest from London U.K. Life here is just stress-free. I saw one of your vlogs last year & the location was on Asoka Rd near the Texas burger place there is a big market on the opposite side where everybody from the offices goes to eat during lunch. I Hope to bump into you both one day in the big Mango. Keep safe & God bless you both.
Love your morning routine in Chiang Mai. Although I’m a Thai and have been to CM many times, I’ve never been in CMU before. Thanks for taking us there.
Hey Chris… just saw you and Hay-lee on Income Property… Proud of you guys for choosing option 2. Just amazing to see 😹, Scott McGillivray is a real one!
Love these videos of you and the fam living your best Thailand life....dreaming and scheming how we can make it happen for us. RETIRED LIVING OUR BEST LIVES 🤞✈️🤩
Hi Chris, thanks for a nice video. It is approaching burning season in Chiang Mai. How have you dealt with it in the past years? Can you talk about that? Thanks.
Back last November I was a whole month in Chiang Mai and I went to the university a few times. It's like a very peaceful village on its own. I remember at the lake they have a coffeeshop where they sell some lovely cheesecake. On a morning very early I went with all the students up to Doi Suthep which they do every year. They make some kind of a festival of it like only Thai people can🙂. In the evening there is a big market at Huay Kaew road close to CMU where next to clothes shops ofcourse they have a lot of foodplaces... nice memories. I will be back there next November 🙂
Missing those morning runs around the reservoir when I spent a month in December. Also the coffee shop in CMU by the reservoir is great place for breakfast. TBH I didn't care that much for that street breakfast place. I don't know how the graduation works, they were on their gowns in December too.
Murphys law Chris! We finally got back to Thailand after 5 years and you're in chiang mai! I was hoping to see you in Bangkok. We did have an amazing walk around Benjakitti Park as a result of your and Jeroen's videos, kop khun khrap! 😍 We really need to try to revisit Chiang mai next time, I guess I'll be able to find these locations on teenee.
Love this Chris. We’ve been in Bangkok for a couple of months now and struggle establishing some sort of routine that makes us feel great everyday. This is giving me ideas! Any chance you will do a Bangkok morning routine???😊
I used to go to 3 parks in Bkk if you like walking, nature and to temporarily get away from the concrete jungle. Jatujak Park next to JJ market (Chatuchak), Lumpini Park and Benjasiri(Benjakiti) Park.
FYI 6:30 Angkaew ('Arng-Kaew') Ang/Arng in Thai means tub/bowl/basin for example "Arng Arb Narm" means bath tub (Arb Narm = take a shower/bath) Arng also used for small-medium water storage area such as lake/reservoir Kaew means glass
I'm coming to Chiang Mai late August, and I'd love to meet up and take you and your lovely wife to dinner. I''m coming to check out a few potential teaching spots there, and would really appreciate any info you have on various International Schools since you and your children went to some of them. Love the channel by the way. Keep up the great work!
Hi there, I know it's a personal question but how do you sustain your lifestyle in Thailand? I live in the Philippines so not exactly the same but similar.
Always a good score when you find a delicious jok stand. Found one on Koh Lipe. Sells out before 9:00 AM. Never saw a single tourist eating jok there in 2 weeks.
Love Chiang Mai spent a fair bit of time there over the years and even done a Muay Thai camp. I see Chris you also like the nam som vinegar in your food but I'll be honest I don't usually add it to Jok so maybe I will have to try this next time 😉
If you ever have time and are a little north of the old city this place is incredible for Jok โจ๊ก หมู เห็ดหอม if that doesn't come across it's on the main road in front of the Sri Anant condo town. If you enjoy Chinese seafood, especially soft shell crab this is right along the river Rote Tai Rom Ma-Feuang. Cheers, wish I was still there.

Just tag us the spots in your video please.
I bought the app previously and the spots are all sponsored spots, prices are all very expensive, not local at all.

Sorry to hear about your brother but how could your sister be married to your brother? Did you mean your sister in law?
I lived in the neighborhood next to CMU for two years and mornings were always my favorite time to go out and explore. This video really struck a chord and has made me feel so nostalgic for my old home. Can't wait to go back. Thanks for posting. Always love seeing your Chiang Mai videos.
I am from Thailand and I really really appreciate it that you are showing my country’s greatness
Another great video. I especially liked how when you left your wallet at the counter, it was immediately returned to you. So Thai.

You got me craving to move back to Thailand. I never really liked Chiang Mai, you got me loving it Chris. I don't know what I was thinking when I moved back to the USA.
Haelee has advanced her Thai food experience. She enjoys Khao Namprik Kapi. I'm impressed. 👍
You should be offered a Thai citizenship already! I mean, you make me fall more in love with Thailand with every single one of your videos🙏

Quality content as usual. Hayley seems so much in love with CM. Air quality a bit crappy at the moment, however, Chiang Mai is a bit special.
❤😍❤😍👌 Thankyou for this feel good vlogg👍👍👍
I enjoy eating rice "joke" porridge in the morning here in Koh Samui before heading for a morning walk on Lamai Beach. 🏝️
