Thailand is amazing. I cannot get enough of Thai food and the beauty of the land. Most of all the Thai people and all ethnic people are so nice and welcoming. They really know how to show their country well.
So awesome to see Mark spotlighting these communities and teaming up with the Thailand tourism authority. He always keeps his audience curious, and always brings us something new & fresh. So much respect! 🙏

His wife who always holds camera for him and always eats a little late after the shoot the food if warm may get colder... shoutout to her for making this great videos possible 🙌
If you've ever had a bad day at the office, tune into one of these world class episodes from Mark. You'll disappear into videography paradise, be immersed into food heaven and leave feeling rejuvenated.
I live in southern China and I adore Hakka food! There are many beautiful Hakka dishes that are hearty and feel more like a kiss to the system, especially on the sick days. And this video was so lovely to watch x
I love watching your videos while I’m eating. Hands down the best food content creator out there and this video with your new edited scenes just proves that! Keep it Mark! G.O.A.T 🐐 👑
Thai food truly is the best food in the world. Thank you mark for sharing these amazing dishes from northern Thailand. Larb Moo is one of my favourite thai dishes you had my mouth watering. Aroy mak mak.
Garlic chives! Wow! That's some amazing looking garlic. I love garlic Mark and would love to get my hands on those garlic chives. Garlic has a few good health benefits, so I imagine that that healthy too.
Continue to jealous us with those subtile details of the flavors. It's a real pleasure to watch those super fresh ingredients turned into enjoyable food. And than the setting... I'm on vacation :)
Mark you have to be one of my favorite to watch your very fun to watch and very relaxed person it makes me feel like I'm sitting next to you as you talk thank you for the videos very fun and alot looks so yummy
Mark, don't forget to bring Phi Tan and Phi Teb (sorry if i miss wrote the pronunciation) on this thai series. Love seeing you guys together, funny yet also passionate with good food as well
Visited Chiang Rai few years ago for our TV show, too, and their dishes are really the culinary treasure hunt I never knew I needed. You won't see them coming, but your taste buds will definitely feel the kick!
OMG! What a mouth-watering dish especially toward the end pairing with Wine! That's my kind of meal, especially pairing with French wine. @Mark Wiens as always Excellent series! Thank you so much.
Those beef rice noodles got me soo..craving and hungry to visit Thailand again! I live in Sydney Australia and we have many decent Thai eateries but nothing compares to Thailand! Wake up , jump on that scooter, straight to Boat noodle for breakfast everyday!
Man , I’ve been watching your channel for quite awhile. I’m very proud of you and you’ve gone a very long way. The best part is that you’ve done it with your family. Great job ! 😊😊😊
Thank you mark for making interesting videos with commentary . You would not believe how many boring “ food “ videos there are out there 25 mins of silence no commentary . I was bored out of my mind . I like you abs Sonny
Mark Wiens-My first time knowing garlic roots herbs use in cooking authentic Thai delicacy looks delicious. In northern side of Thai .Fish preparation incredible mouthwatering dish, smokiness.Exceptional vlog.
Hi Mark I just love Thai food it’s so unique and full of flavour. I loved this video it was fascinating to watch just as every video of yours is. Thank you for sharing them with us.
Naawww lovely day out on the boat with delicious foods too yarmmy😋😋chef and pio will have to throw a line in and catch us some fish next time lol God bless thankyou for taking us out on your boat with you whanau 🤞💛❤️🙏💞
nam ngiaw is the best thing ever. im half thai myself. Every two years I will always visit my grandparents with my mom in the chiang rai maesai ban dai district. northern thai is a different vibe compared to the rest of thailand.
I enjoy your videos bro. Not only is it about great food from around the world but also you share the experience in an educational way which is great. The fact that you support not only bigger restaurants but also the mom and pop shops too. Bravo!
Thai food is my favorite food but I wish I could find more authentic Thai food like this where I live in CA besides the same dishes you find in every restaurant.
Me, too! A big problem is sourcing the many ingredients that are uncommon here. I have been able to grow my own lemongrass and Thai basil and chilies, but many of the other ingredients just don't thrive here. I'm guessing that's why CA Thai restaurant menus seem so standardized - you can only cook what you can find
@@SadieMccollough-mf3jl Exactly and the dishes they do have don't use fresh ingredients like bamboo shoots and coconut milk, that's why i would like to go to Thailand some day to eat real Thai food.
It's a shame. Even in the PNW everything on every menu is the same. Same for Mexican food, Thai, Vietnamese, everything is the same in every restaurant.
Hope you're having an amazing day! This is going to be a 5 Part Thai food series, traveling across Thailand (in 10 days) to eat 5 hidden Thai dishes. Thank you so much for your support, and stay tuned for Part 2 - 5!
