I've said it before, but you’ve already had a very positive impact on the world, either something as small as a funny comment making somebody smile on a video, or your own vulnerability giving others the courage to open up themselves and drastically improve their own lives. Never underestimate the positive impact you’ve had and don't downplay your very significant accomplishments x

Re: the hoping to leave an impact once you are gone. I'd dare make the claim you have already accomplished that goal- i atleast feel like you and your community has already helped me in my fitness-journey, and changed the way i view the community as a whole. I remember starting out as a nervous wreck by the mere thought of setting foot in the gym, but you were my gateway drug to the wholesome gym-community, and helped me overcome that irrational fear 😅
I unusually gained weight during cancer treatment this year. Recently finished additional steroids. Good gif, the hunger! But 4 kg down! I don’t have a time goal, just a weight goal. Working with a registered dietitian from my hospital who had full acres to my medical notes- and reads them!!
Drinking 6 protein shakes per day is not only unnecessary, but expensive! You can buy both of Harry's "Growth Guide" and "Home Workout" book for less money than the cost of 6 protein shakes at the health club/gym. You'll get more for your money. Thanks Harry!

Some of my goals are more ideals, ideals which cannot really be achieved. I also want to change the world and make it a better place. Realistically, I probably can’t make a huge impact. However, keeping my eyes on the prize means every day there is a bit of an opportunity to make things better or learn a bit more. You’ve made a great impact on my life, especially when you’ve been honest about your mental health. And I’m sure, even outside your UA-cam channel you’ve made a bit of an impact with everyone you’ve interacted with.
it took me a long time to finally admit to myself that all the tricks & fads weren’t working, that calories in v/ calories out REALLY is the true answer to both weight loss & keeping weight off. the solution is the simple one. thanks harry 🙌
To be fair BMI and IQ have been found to be negatively correlated in endless amounts of studies. But this guy was talking about an individual being stupid BECAUSE they can’t lose weight, which is not the same thing.
