03:53 ☕ 🚨⚠️Decaffeinated coffee toxicity ALERT 🚨⚠️ Check for recent news discussing decaf made using the toxic chemical Methylene chloride, a colorless liquid that’s used in certain industrial processes, “including paint stripping, pharmaceutical manufacturing, paint remover manufacturing, and metal cleaning and degreasing,” according to the US Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Articles about it were recently headlines on major news sites... 📰
I miss you walking on your treadmill! Does not cause motion sickness lol please inspire us again, those who work from home to keep using our desk treadmills while working!
I looked up 'stationary treadmill' but didn't see anything... I wish he'd show us what he means by that! Also, I agree, it was great to see the motion during the talks. It even made me get up and do things while I was listening!
I find the earlier I finish eating and the healthier it is, the better sleep I get. I ate poorly on Sunday and stopped eating around 7 pm. Got eight hours of sleep, but not much deep sleep according to Apple Watch. On Monday, ate very well and stopped eating at 2:30 pm. Got six hours of sleep and 1.5 hours was deep sleep and woke up without an alarm.
About the new study about risks of xylitol: the amounts consumed in the study were huge compared to the amount you get from a few xylitol chewing gums daily, and xylitol has in several studies been shown to protect teeth when chewn right after meal.
Good luck on your move! I actually have family in Vancouver. Oh also that's so cool about the gym in your apartment building. Great job going for a workout! 😊
Daily exercise is key to as healthy life. Ride a bicycleto school, work or for fun. Riding a bicycle is a great way to exercise. Ebikes are bringing many older adults back to cycling. Cities need to do more to encourage people to ride bicycles. Safe protected bike lanes and trails are needed so adults and children can ride safely. Speak up for bicycles in your community. Bicycles make life and cities better. Ask your local transportation planner and elected officials to support more protected bike lanes and trails. Children should be riding a bicycle to school and not be driven in a minivan. Be healthier and happier. Ride a bicycle regularly.
Reducing your dietary fat is a single biggest thing you can do for your health other than drinking a lot more water and sleeping early, Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪
I'm really trying to get my body to absorb vitamin B12 as my nerve damage is irreversible and injections do not work, but curing the intestinal root cause must help, OMAD for now and possible fasting if necessary,I WILL HEAL PERIOD🙏
I agree the app should be made open source. The first issue that that should be solved is obviously the design. Once that's settled, the rest should be pretty easily handled by an open source community.
Go back to the walking! Its very inspiring and cute and makes no sense to stop because of motion sickness for people watching, can't even imagine that's true... But they can't easily just llisten and look away!
There is no such thing as a nutritarian diet as that is not an accredited term by anything. There is also no diet for people that are 11 feet tall and sleep 2 hours a day.

Hummus is not an Israeli food. It's a middle eastern/arab food. Israelis are originally from Europe, not the middle east so the Hummus you had was a recipe taken from the local Palestinians.
