Dr. I have two follow up questions on your research. Q1. Won't eating 5-6 times a day cause insulin overdrive? It's hard to keep eating low GI index food for every meal. Too much work for pancreas to keep producing insulin on regular basis. Q2. Eating before sleeping. Is conventional wisdom to not eat 2-3hrs before sleeping at night, wrong? Dear Sir, first of all thank you for giving very correct information.I have query, 10 years ago i was in a very good shape and a phsique to be covetted, i had been to gym for 6 years then, but unfortunately i after some tragedy was detected with ulcerative colitis and lost more than 30 kg of weight,at present weight is 45 kg,is it possible for me to go back and hit gym,i feel very weak and sad too, i had been through deppression.If you can suggest, sugest some tips ,I await your response
Eat 5 times a day Eats lots of fruits & vegetables 1.Take Milk or milk products take two to three times daily (1 to 2lts daily ) 2. Banana shakes or mango shakes daily once or twice 3. 3. Protein powder 3 TSP in milk 2 times a day.. 4. 4. High protein foods like paneer, chicken, meat...take at least twice. ..more can be taken 5. 5. Take peanut butter three times a day with roti or bread. 6. 6. Take eggs 6 egg white & 1 egg yellow daily.. Just eat alot...& Eat Whatever you can from the above 6 points in small frequent meals every 4 hours except night, whenever you can.. Take 4lts of water Do some heavyweight exercising also to stimulate your hormones..for growth..at least 2.5 hrs per week... concentrate on lean proteins.. Carbs and fats always come along.. In diet.. This is such a good advice. People think protein powder will help us more than proper food. The thing is protein powder is just a Supplement to the food. Dear Sir, first of all thank you for giving very correct information.I have query, 10 years ago i was in a very good shape and a phsique to be covetted, i had been to gym for 6 years then, but unfortunately i after some tragedy was detected with ulcerative colitis and lost more than 30 kg of weight,at present weight is 45 kg,is it possible for me to go back and hit gym,i feel very weak and sad too, i had been through deppression.If you can suggest, sugest some tips ,I await your response
Eat 5 times a day
Eats lots of fruits & vegetables
1.Take Milk or milk products take two to three times daily (1 to 2lts daily )
2. Banana shakes or mango shakes daily once or twice
3. 3. Protein powder 3 TSP in milk 2 times a day..
4. 4. High protein foods like paneer, chicken, meat...take at least twice. ..more can be taken
5. 5. Take peanut butter three times a day with roti or bread.
6. 6. Take eggs 6 egg white & 1 egg yellow daily..
Just eat alot...& Eat Whatever you can from the above 6 points in small frequent meals every 4 hours except night, whenever you can..
Take 4lts of water
Do some heavyweight exercising also to stimulate your hormones..for growth..at least 2.5 hrs per week...
concentrate on lean proteins.. Carbs and fats always come along.. In diet..
Keep rasio..or
protiens:carbs
1:1 for cutting
And 1:2 for bulking
And eat essential fatty acids..
