    Interment fasting mein 80 kg ka banda 180 gram means 2.2 gram per kg .... 2 or 3 meals mein kaise 5.5 kare ga ?? Guess ?? 60 gram minimum hua fir toh 3 meals se .. agar 2 meal reh ge toh fir toh 90 ... matlb wastage hi aa

    @12:59, Kindly Note: Excess Amino acids can be converted into "Glucose" for energy purposes by a process called "Gluconeogenesis". Similarly, Excess glucose can be stored as "Glycogen" in Liver.

    You are a doc and have command in human anatomy but to be fair to trainers, the method of trial and error sampled across millions with legitimate gains in muscle mass can't be ignored. Yes, trainers don't understand science behind the scene but they do know the path. I learnt the hard way after I dropped science micromanaging calories and blindly following gym ustaad in frustration.

    Sir whey protein or plant protein mein kya difference hai khete hai ki plant protein se muscle gain nahi hota ya km hota hai or plant protein sasta aata hai fir bhi log whey protein lete hai pls answer 🙏

    Sir, can you make a detail video on plant defence mechanism/anti nutrients.
    Do roti also contains anti nutrients?
    Are they not allowing our body to get all nutrients even after they are reduced due processing or cooking? Are they actually poison even in small amount?
    How to effectively reduced them to get maximum nutrients from our food source specially vegetables and grains?

    Sir I want to ask a question.
    I am 18yr old and my bodyweight is 78kg and my height is 5'7"... I have fair amount of muscles too but I'm around 20%-25% bodyfat....
    So technically, my lean body mass (excluding fat weight from body weight) would be around 60kg-65kg.
    So using this formula of 1.6g/kgBW/day protein intake, should I use my lean body mass (62.5kg) or my overall body mass (78kg) to calculate my protein requirement?
    Please answer my question 🙏🏻

    Sir ct scan wale room k just bahar waiting room pe ph use kar raha tha toh gurd ne bola ph off karne ko kyuki andar machine chal raha hai ..toh sir tab call pe tha toh kya phone change kar lena hoga ..ct scan wale machine se phone damage hota hai ya harmful ho jata hai kya sir ?
