Nutrient Timing Study: A group of 33 individual males were tested with protein nutrient timing relative to a time of the day and after a workout. What matters at the end of the day is getting the protein in within 24 hours after working out and training hard.

It is depended by your fat percentage low fat percentage can take carb after workout and higher fat % protein should be taken right after workout , other wise you will not loss belly fat percentage , he is right protein after workout glucose main convert hota h but wo hi amino acids glucose main convert hote hai jo glucose ka kaaam karte hai, agar aapka fat percentage jyada hai to glutamine ke Seth protein use kare or ye aapki insulin ko effect nahi karega

Aap aadha sahi ho sir but research mai protein synthesis k baare mai btaya hai.
Pre and post workout nutrition important hai to prevent muscle breakdown just after working out. Aur natural bodybuilders mai muscle breakdown ka rate bhot high hota hai with comparison to atheletes on steroids (high rates of protein synthesis comensates with breakdown). Aap right ho ki carbohydrates are important to replenish glycogen stores after and also before workout be it fatloss or be it bulking. And what we have to keep in mind is compensate for protein breakdown. So pre and post workout protein is as important as carbohydrates.

So if muscle protein synthesis is the highest at 24 hours post workout (109%) , I can still take my protein shake post workout which will aid in muscle protein synthesis for the workout I did the previous day while tracking my macros and taking my reqd protein, carbs and Fats for muscle building or fatloss
