    Sir one humble request, can you make a video for people who have been on bed rest for many many months and years sometimes and they dont have inactivated muscles and weak heart stamina, these people also get a lot of negativity and anxiety about their health, what can they do to get into a state where they can do exercises told by you in your normal videos

    If u slow down flate lose then u will not lose muscle. I have 20 kg without losing muscles. If u kept proper diet any workout plan then without losing muscle u can burn weight.

    Good morning sir 6monts back I used Mass gainer supplement before I took supplement my weight was 64 I gained 4kgs and now I stopped taking Mass gainer my weight suddenly dropped to 58 sir now am suffering from taking breath I unable to workout sir please suggest me what I have to do sir which doctor I have to consult... please help me 🙏🏻 🙏🏻🙏🏻

      from my past experience I would suggest bro.. don't use mass gainer, just make your diet clean watch dr's videos for knowledge and do your best that you can and your body will heal and progressively increase stamina and strength.., It might be possible that your mass gainer might be fake

      80% strength training 20% Cardo. Keep it slow 1 mint and fast for 20-30 second. Make sure heart beat raise and then slow..
