Are of these are great lifts but I must say the pullovers are my favorite. That lift along with some abdominal work following some intense HIIT cardio will have you noticing results by the next morning especially with your back, chest & obliques, iykyk.

I like that dip beginner exercise and I can accomplish dip. One of the exercise that I want to get stronger in. The other one is pull ups. That’s what’s up.

Do you do all of these every time you workout,? Or just the ones pertaining to your specific muscle group focus. Like if you were doing chest and back, you would do bench press etc and dips? I am wondering if you do all of these as warmup,then do your individual muscle group focus exercises?

A lot of your workout is very similar to mines but as you have a great physique feel great to know if you're not doing full range of motion on your pull-ups you better get in your chin to the bar and you are when you say a pullovers is not a compound exercise a definition of a compound exercise with you just mentioned is working multiple muscles at one time come on dude you look too good to be an error like that also I do large walks too but I don't stand up I stay crouched down which puts much more tension on the legs and challenges your balance more more attention do lots of Pull-Ups loss of push-ups hand dips I am 64 going on 65 drug free no trt or anything unnatural so I Rock with your workout routine you just was a little off in your comments about the pullovers
