This my new favorite morning routine! I'm in a somatic course right now that is all about presence in the body, to feel the subtle sensations, so the wisdom of our inner world can be felt/known and we can act out of our inner knowing instead of unconscious patterns/programming/trauma. This routine is perfect to do with the somatic work because of the movements that release stored energy and all of your ques to be aware of this energy and feel into the body. So lovely, thank you!

I too just finished a trip where I drove a lot. 1500 miles after years of not driving much during the pandemic. It’s taking me longer to get back to my usual routine and this practice covers everything I need! Stretching, relaxing, great pace and leaving me with energy to spare! Many thanks Kseny!!

I'm beginning to feel that I've got a little trouble, need a little more attention. The balance in the knee (begin the feeling of cow, leg) the transition to the calf muscle and works with the leg balance. thinking about gender, the hip, the stomach and how the rest of the body balance affects. Thanks for another inspiring qi gong session.
