    I am working on lung area after pleural effusion VAT in Dec. '23. Trying to recover my lung strength - thank you for this, I have just come across it and it is encouraging me to get back into qi gong which I practised some time ago! I must look into your courses. Thanks again.

    Excellent instruction, and I truly appreciate the education about meridians and acupressure points that stimulate the lungs. I'm using this as a warm up to weight training the chest and back. So grateful for you, Kseny. 💖

    As a person with connective tissue and hypermobility issues I found this session helped decrease soreness and tension in areas in the arms, thumb joints, chest, back and shoulders; also good for increasing the efficiency of my breath work and the calming flow movements at the end are great for my coordination and meditative.

    At first I thought UA-cam was tricking me with a repeat video but since it was one I particularly enjoyed, I stayed with it and in turn thoroughly enjoyed the differences!
    Always love repelling monkeys and massaging my arm warms my hands like rubbing just the hands together never does. It was great! Thanks Kseny!

    Lots of tingling in my hands and lower arms. This was very challenging for my arm strength. I wasn’t able to do as many repetitions of some things so will have to work up to that. I find my arms getting very tired. This one was a challenge. I love the way you explain what’s going on as we’re doing it and which meridians it affects and things like that. It’s very helpful.       @@qigongwithkseny I'm trying to combine Qigong exercises with my involvement in building my house. At the moment I'm practicing less qigong than I would like, but it's what I can do. Kseny, thank you for helping me maintain this minimal but much needed Qigong practice.

      Yin Tang point between the eye browns (third eye) can help with eye tension and mild headache. If you are interested in exploring more points, I have a Spring Wellness course where I focus on acupressure for eye tension and headache. Eyes, in TCM, are the windows of the Liver Qi. If we apply principles of TCM to nourish and restore our Liver Qi it work as preventative care for the eyes.
