Yeah the first one almost destroyed me off but I start to caught on with the second and the third was the worst of them but I was also becoming my strongest by that point so it was difficult but easy at the same time.

Til today when I would cross his path he would tell me his regret! Now my Daughter's husband is doing same thing, regret, because I was good to all of them, my ex, Daughter and her husband but I've had to "gray rock" or "no contact" for my own health and peace of mind. You are awesome in explaining just how the narcissist works. I'm learning everyday how to deal with them and keep my life instead of giving it away. Thank you!!!

We're been married for less than two years but I couldn't take it anymore ( discarded, silence treatment, staving me intimacy needs act.). One day he decided to put his hand on me and I left that night. He started hoovaring, accepting it for couple of days, as a result I have my important documents I left that night. I know can move on peaceful and successful with him.
She definitely hovered me. I was calling it the pull and push and I fell for it about 3 times only to be made a fool of. I'm sure she enjoyed that and wiping the smile from my face, I think she planned that from the first day. There are two flying monkeys she uses, she is their aa sponsor and I'm in aa also. She has blocked me because I wouldn't bow to her and say, "Danielle you are my inspiration, you make me want to reach new heights, you are my hero." People really say that shit to her on fb and it's gag me stuff, but she eats it up and blocks me when I don't. Really dumb behavior but I know now.
💫My only main focus is on me and my peace and happiness. Once I've given my all and it wasn't appreciated and I was taken for granted and used and pushed to the side as if neither me nor my feelings no longer mattered and used for his door mat and triangulated with other women and the lies and emotional and mental head games. I love these topics. I'm dealing with a covert narcissist ex who is pregnant. I don't even know where to begin but something just keeps telling me to just stop trying to communicate with someone who discarded me especially when there was never healthy communication when we were together. I've only tried breaking no contact to ask about the pregnancy/future with the baby and how I should show up. But clearly there is no reciprocating from her in any way. I'll gladly accept any good or decent advice. Thanks.

I just wanna know the truth 😔Are they really regretting it or no? Many people say that narcissists don't regret leaving you or discarding you, since they easily find or have another supplies. But I kinda feel it is a bit too much "superpower" to be able for them to just go without regret. Like, I don't think its true they don't feel regert but I never got the proof about it. Narcissist told me he doesn't feel regret at all. But since narcissists lie, how can I know the truth? Can someone else share their experience or idk... ?
can only comment on my experience, but my ex covert did have true regrets, not sure what he would call them but it sounded like regrets, but they were fleeting moments, and it was people that were good people, one being his stepdad, another being his best friend, he did tell me things out the blue, and later deny telling me, but as well as the regrets the other thing he told me was that he felt like he was always walking one step behind everybody else, as if he could not keep pace, and he felt like a chameleon, but it never stopped him doing the things he did, and when I say he felt regret don't mix that up with guilt as he never felt that, I think the regrets were, because of his behavior they vanished from his life

That, it appears in them for a little moment but they immediately shut it down. Can't accept they messed up something for themself probably. Idk. I sometimes gets these visions in my mind. It was said that they dont regret losing that person, but more likely they "regret" what they had from that person - that they dont have that supply (attention, money, energy) anymore.
