I have “desert dry skin” and my face has been very happy and moisturized using the 4smm! I’ve tried all the dermatologist recommended body moisturizers but nothing has worked well. Very excited for this video!!!

I use cerave moisturizing body lotion, and sometimes I use ecocert products such as cattier shea butter 💯 bio and organic or aleo vera gel with 99% natural ingredients. Most important I use rich UHT soaps for highly sensitive skin though my skin is not sensitive yet better prevent skin from any problems before they occur 🙂
Can i use your 3 step moisture even though i have seborrehic dermatitis ??

Hada Labo also makes large bottles of hyaluronic acid and it’s quite inexpensive. They also sell refill pouches so it’s better for the environment. The Premium Hada Labo hyaluronic acid has multiple weights of hyaluronic acid and is a pleasure to use.

I've been using the 3 step moisture method on my body too, because I prefer giving my body skin the same care as my face skin 🌸 and it works wonders :))) The three step moisture method is all I use even on my face, no actives and that's honestly all we need 🙃

The ordinary retinoid 2 emulsion have been sold out for many months. Can you recommend another retinoid for us? I am 37 years old, so my skin needs retinoid. Ordered all the products you talk about here! Thank you! 🧡

Can you do a video on how to safely use micro current devices on the skin without irritating it? I am especially interested in finding something to use as a conductive gel that won’t clog pores or cause fungal acne (I was using glycerin and I believe it caused inhale acne).
Hey Olena, just started watching your videos - thank you so much for your insight it's literally turned everything I thought knew about skincare upside down! I was wondering if you manually exfoliate your body? In the recent years I've been getting folliculitis as well as acne on my back and chest. I was using a homemade scrub (coffee, sugar and oil which I'm going to stop using) but without it my skin always feels so dead and just not a nice smooth texture and I'm wondering how you combat that/if you could recommend anything :) also it would be so amazing if you had your own Olena-approved products page on your blog where people could type brands in and see what you think! I just found your channel and you’re quickly becoming my fav!!💓💓 I was reading an article about pore clogging ingredients and they said that SLES is a common one and that we should avoid both SLS/SLES in our skincare but as I see in your Bioderma videos, the sebium cleanser uses SLES as the surfactant. Is SLES really that bad for your skin? Thaanks🥰

Olena I would love to hear your thoughts on Melvita product Orange blossom floral water , I am really curious, tried their toner and it smells awful 😣, ingredients are:citrus aurantium amara (bitter orange) flower water* - aqua/water - polyepsilon-lysine - linalool** - citronellol** - geraniol. ** They say their products are organic very good quality, the price is high, I don't believe them, haven't seen any improvement on my skin. And another toner has benzyl alcohol. And on their side they wrote that you spray toner on the pouder.
Yesss I use the moisture method on my dry hands. And I use the bioderma atoderm mains & ongles handcream. Let me tell you all It's THE ONLY handcream I tried so far that truly works for my dry hands. I tried stuff like neutrogena, I think it only made my hands more dry... and itchy😏 Proof what Olena says is true, a lot of brands are skin shit.

You are huge on oil free products however the bioderma sensbio wash has vitamin e considered an oil? if i have a humectant serum with peg-40castor oil is that not oil free? and My moisturizer has squalane is that bad too? even if i use a pea size?? plz help.
Can plz do a video of fermented skincare or probiotic skincare for example missha first treatment essence etc?? I think its taking over the internet. Is it worth the hype? I think its not because saccharomyces / galactomyces/ lactobacillus ferment always irritate my skin inspite of not having fungal acne. Are people with malezzia only sensitive to fermented ingredients/ skincare?

I have eczema since I was a kid and a year ago i found Bioderma atoderm pp baume and their shower gel. I used in moist condition and my eczema is 'tame' right now 😂

Olena i need some advice, if you could help that would be much appreciated! I am currently suffering from cystic/hormonal acne and i’m using minocycline as well as adapalene which tends to be slightly drying to my skin but at the same time i’ll be oily during the day at work and i’m in construction which is a dirty job and my face collects dust on my face. I wash in the morning and after work but i want to be able to work out at night. My question to you is if my skin is already slightly dry with the prescription meds is it a good idea to wash my face a third time after i workout and if not, what should i do?

Depends on their skin condition and the rest of their routine. I’ve seen some teens create rosacea with the wrong retinoid and the wrong routine. 💁🏼♀️
