Also, I have fun with my skin routine thanks to you. Loving my skin when Id been so hard on it, and chose an expensive dermotologist with a pricey product line who preferred a lot of exfoliation and not so much moisturizing . My skin always has been on a drier side, and after getting use of tretinoin it got worse. Also I dealt with an enourmous purge after the first month of use and am still dealing with a bunch of PIE. My go-to combination has been Azelaic Acid and Bioderma's Cicabio. Do you have any thoughts on this one, specially when it comes to healing properties?

You help me so much! My skin (on my face) has changed over the last few years from normal to dry (ah, middle age), and I had my first rosacea flare this winter. It was pretty bad. My dermatologist would not have prescribed 15% Azaleic acid gel for me, had I not really insisted that I wanted to try it (after a 3 month course of doxycycline, which did clear up the worst of it). Thanks to your videos, I’ve been using the Azaleic Acid for a few weeks, and the texture of my skin has really improved. Thank you!!!!

Any thoughts on the Weleba skin food? I live in Canada and the cold winters make my skin extremely dry and break out. I'm using the Cerave moisturising but in the winter it doesn't seem like it's enough.

Hi Dr. Dray! I currently use Epiduo and my skin is so dry because of it! But I’m also acne prone and I am so easily broken out by products. I use neutrogena oil free moisturizer and that doesn’t break me out, but I feel like I need more moisture. What would you recommend? (I know you can’t guarantee it won’t break me out, but any suggestions on what I could test out?)

Is there an alternative to Albolene and Neutrogena body oil? I have dry skin and fragrance allergy and I live in Europe, in my country I cannot find any of these two.
Also a mineral sunscreen in alternative to the ones mentioned? The brands don't sell that specific ones in Europe for some reason or they are too expensive (eltamd)

Do you have any recommendations for milk psoriasis ? I have little red psoriasis circles on my stomach, and I’m not really sure what to put on it to calm it down. Thanks so much, love your videos !

For those of you, like myself, who might be allergic to niacinamide, it is in the la roche posay cleanser. My skin was going crazy until I read the ingredients never suspecting niacinamide would be in a cleanser.

I went back to cereve hydrating cleanser and still use cereve tub moisturizer, but after dr dray recent review of neostrata bionic moisturizer I am trying it out because of the dermstore sale if you remember that video. It’s good not sure yet if I will repurchase I just got it and have been using it only a few days.

Amazing video! I have psoriatic arthritis, and while I’ve never developed psoriasis I do have parched lizard skin. It’s a full time job keeping it healthy.
What I’m hearing you say is the long, hot baths don’t help. 😭😭😭

@@josie4peace Hi. Yes, I use it on my face at night because it's thick. I have rosacea and this product is soothing to my skin. I also like rubbing it in my bare nails and cuticles. I hope it works out for you.

Would you recommend a humidifier or boiling water on the stove? Does this added moisture in the air help dry skin? Would you recommend a humidifier in your at night while you sleep?
