Fixing JBL Headphones where one side does not work | tune 600btnc

fixing a problem with JBL headphones where one side is not working.
1. Remove the ear pad
2. Unscrew the 3 small Philips screws
3. Uncover the plastic piece carefully
4. Wipe clean the springs and the pads on the Printed circuit board- a laminated sandwich structure of conductive and insulating layers.
5. Check with the PCB for any loose connection.
6. Carefully cover

I used your video to fix my JBL Tune 710BT with one speaker that had gotten much quieter than the other. I used a little isopropyl alcohol to wipe the contact pieces and gently flicked the springs several times. The only difference between the models is that there is no wires connecting the two pieces screwed together, which is really good because it nearly flew off when I pried it apart. The springs were not the problem in my case. I had to open the other side of the headphone (with the JBL logo) to access the wiring. One wire was loose and needed soldering. In fact they all needed re-soldering because the original was so badly done in the factory. Make sure you disconnect the battery first because the solder tip is earthed...and can destroy live circuits! Have a nice day😊
