I’ve been following Bryan for a few months now, initially I clicked on a video of his purely out of curiosity because I recognized him from that one viral tweet. He’s very honest about his methods and regularly states he knows this isn’t possible for everyone but he has the time, money and interest to do it so why not be the guinea pig for future generations? Though we can’t all do what he’s doing we can: wear sunscreen, eat our veggies, do something active and read at least 10 minutes every day. Your mental and physical health will drastically improve. Before you know it little things like doing your dishes right after you eat, making your bed, tidying your house, prioritizing your sleep, etc all becomes second nature. I think I just developed the self respect/ love to want to have a clean living space, and the discipline to make it happen . And it all started with forcing myself to go to the gym 4x a week for 3 months (that’s when it truly felt like just something I do rather than a temporary experiment or chore)

Much respect that Bryan is being so scientific with his health/aging journey. The only thing I would say is based on the concept of balance. Even though we might not be able to scientifically quantify it, I think there could be some benefit to breaking such an immaculate routine... occasionally changing your diet, getting a little more or a little less sleep, going out a little, etc... consciously focusing on your health and anti-aging while strategically forgetting about it sometimes. Also, seeing all those pills/vitamins- I think if we look into the individual components of all those vitamins, "by the numbers" everything might add up, but the fact that they are all synthetic or processed supplements there might be some yet unknown negative/less than ideal effect to the body for taking so many supplements and not mixing in a better balance of organic natural whole foods.
Appreciate the overall message in this video and great job to Jesse for exploring so many aspects of the health and fitness world!

Really like Brian's attitude and sharing his results and protocols, I feel like a lot of positivity is going to come out of it for health span! Only thing I heard him say that I don't fully agree with, and maybe I'm taking what he meant out of context, is is money is entirely secondary to health. While I 100% agree health IS more important than wealth you HAVE to grind when you're young to afford a healthy lifestyle, especially one even remotely as intense as his own. So there's a tradeoff early on unless you get lucky or have family wealth start you out. He probably meant while he was grinding early on he could have been more conscious of sleep and diet while still working hard. There's definitely a tendency for teens/early 20 somethings to fully embrace "sleep when you're dead" and sugar/caffeine fueled diets with no real consistent exercise.

Thought Bryan was out of his mind when I first saw him. Such a humble cool dude and self effacing too… Kinda has me curious about living the vampire life!!

Ive been really enjoying the various videos demystifying Bryan's Blueprint. You see all the medical machines and you jump to some wild assumptions, but really as a whole its a lot of common sense and prioritizing things that socially and culturally we dont think about. Burn the midnight oil, grab some convenient fast food, put your feet up at any opportunity. The biggest hurdle is just how much it pushes back.

Such as what? Like he basically advocates for just moving constantly and no fast food?

Giving into hedonism is no way to live -- it's filled with pitfalls. Life primarily is about survival, never forget that. That doesn't mean you can't have fun though.

The workout is definitely inspired by or was taught by knees over toes guy.
Makes me more motivated to start that program.
But running backwards with the sledge isn't possible for me but there's always an alternative.

I don't have a sled so I do reverse walking up a steep hill as an alternative.
