I'm a biomedical science student and this stuff is actually quite fascinating and I appreciate the honesty of where things didn't work/weren't necessary/needed reevaluation. It sounds like a worthy cause but I don't agree with selling supplements and encouraging others to follow a 'protocol'. It'd be more admirable if he just did these experiments on himself and documented it without trying to sell people something that isn't tested and therefore could actually be deleterious to their health. There's a reason none of the medical professionals helping him are shown on camera.
Well there's two sides to it: It might motivate people who are in a serious situation and need something, anything, to help them move in the right direction. One reason he's not showing the professionals might be that the ones performing the procedures aren't hung out to dry, basically directing all the hate and critique towards himself. There's always two side of every coin and I think we can weigh the worth of both our arguments and in what context they are praiseworthy or detrimental.
He's nothing new, people like him have been doing this sort of stuff for decades. Almost always if you scratch the surface even a little bit, these people have extremely shady backgrounds. This i agree with. And he is clear sincere. That said, and speaking as someone who lost 100lbs in 6 months 30 years ago, I think it plays into a tall stack of the very worst of where society is today in terms of priorities, superficiality, mental health, health overall and more. The nutrition and supplementation of course I think has value. These invasive, superficial procedures are extremely off putting. I’d rather see a day when all non health related plastic surgery goes the way of the dodo. The Sikhs, not those who contort cosmetic surgery as some pro mental health approach (reinforcing the insane, superficial beauty standards we are inundated with) have it right: be happy with every cell of who you are. To be clear, I am not talking about things like obesity, where his maniacal project has potential value. I disagree with the whole obesity normalization BS, which careful observers know is just cynical preprogramming for fat drugs and often lethal surgeicsl interventions. i wish him well, but I think he should adjust course towards something more down to earth, and less techo-worship, transhumanist vibey.
He still looks weird. Not a hater, I like watching what he's doing. But the perfect teeth, the injections, the hair dye, the whatever else. He looks uncanny. It feels off.

Hi, I work for a cosmetic surgeon and FYI Sculptra is indeed a filler- a biostimulatory filler. To call it “a biostimulator…instead of filler” is inaccurate, since it is actually both of those things. Most of the fillers people overdo are hyaluronic acid fillers, but not all fillers are made of hyaluronic acid- some are made of poly-L-lactic acid (Sculptra), others of calcium hydroxylapatite (Radiesse), and some of polymethylmethacrylate and bovine collagen (Bellafill). Both poly-L-lactic acid and calcium hydroxylapatite are considered biostimulators, but the brand name products containing them, Sculptra and Radiesse, are indeed dermal fillers. All that to say, no shame in saying you got filler, Bryan. :-)
Also, prior to face lift, surgeons always require patients to disclose if they received Sculpta, bc it forever fuses tissues; the layers don't separate as easily as without Radiesse or Sculpta.
@@AnyaUA24 Yeah, it depends I would say. Sculptra in particular can pose a side effect of forming hardened nodules, so often patients are instructed to follow a protocol for massaging the area (i.e. massage cheeks for ___minutes, ___times a day, for ___ days) to avoid this. As for Radiesse, as far as Ive seen it is standard for providers to use a very hyperdilute concentration of it before injecting, but I imagine there have been providers that did not dilute it properly or well enough prior to injecting that could have caused the “fusing” you are referring to. Haven’t seen it myself but wouldn’t doubt it. In my opinion I think the enemy of many cosmetic surgeons has actually been PDO threadlifts (temporary lifts with polydioxanone sutures, also considered “biostimulatory” due to its effect in increasing collagen production), since the placement of these threads can create scar tissue in the area and potentially make a future facelift more challenging if one has had many of them put in the same place over time. That being said, the scar tissue isn’t always terrible, and a skilled surgeon is usually able to handle it. But I have noticed many will advise patients to avoid them altogether if they want the most ideal conditions to work with.

And I trust Bryan to do the research on which facial rejuvenation procedures truly work, in the long term. This video was informative. 3. I loved Bryan's closing statements. Humans are changing. With technology and AI and biohacking and new procedures that let us do things with our bodies that we have never done before, it's important to keep an open mind. I'm confused by the fact that Bryan's intellectual focus is on longevity, "don't die," which is mostly what he discusses in interviews. Yet here (and also with his hair and to some extent teeth) he is having a treatment that is cosmetic and doesn't really enhance his lifespan at all. If Bryan wants cosmetic treatments that is absolutely Bryan's business and I don't have an issue with that at all (I've had basic such procedures myself), but I just don't get how it fits into the blueprint. Bryan discusses the blueprint purely from a longevity standpoint but in practice this seems to suggest that it also has a more visual and cosmetic side to it. I'd be interested to hear Bryan discuss that aspect to the blueprint, what importance it has to the blueprint.
He said that his appearance is important because superficial people will judge his success based on his look. He doesn’t like it, but accepts this circumstance and tries to improve on that, hoping that more people will follow his project.
He says in the video, he is saddened that he has to focus on facial aesthetics but it is what people expect. You can blame social media, all about how you look!
I started Blueprint in April 2024 when my tested biological age was +5 years my chronological age. After 4 months, I retested via TruAge and it was -7 years from 64. Is it due to Blueprint, I can't be certain, but my biomarkers improved, and it seems I gained 12 years improvement. So, I plan to continue. I also joined the Rejuvenation Olympics to keep up my motivation. Bryan, you may not know me nor reply, but I wanted to thank you all the same. Harry
Vanity over wellness = a dangerous mentality that makes corporations money. One IMPORTANT thing that's also worth mentioning is facial exercise. A study on PUBMED claimed it can actually help to fill sunken cheeks etc... I have naturally skinny face and in my mid 20s I lost much weight. My face looked like I was starving. I tried some specific facial exercises and I noticed first results after a few weeks. Not to the same extend as fat, but more people told me my face does look better now and it's free so I think it's worth mentioning. Anyways great content Bryan and thanks!! You do great job!
that's just temporary, not different at all than muscle exercises for the body. So yeah, it "may" have some sort of weak effect on filling sunken cheecks "if" you exercise the right muscles (If you exercise all muscles you may end up with even more pronunced sunken cheeks!) and... Oh well it's quite complicated just to have a subtle and very temporary effect. So yeah, it's not BS, but is somewhat useless :)

The thing with Bryan is, he did nothing of this, he had a unhealthy lifestyle (like most people) for a long time and now tries to reverse it. If you live healthy all the time, use sunscreen, moderate movement, not overweight etc yes then it's normal to look and feel young at 40. Your full head of hair means you are genetically lucky and nothing else btw

He really says that in the video, that it saddens him that he has to have these procedures to his face to please his social media followers. When the health aspects matter much more. People are very shallow when it comes to looks. Blame our camera society! Blame Hollywood. All making plastic surgeons and Dermatologists rich.
I think it's something more complicated. This man shows his life, the treatments he did to rejuvenate himself and he is fine but they are expensive treatments. Besides, why seek youth and not live fully like a normal person?
Why not accept the passing of the years, the changes in our body? That's why there are so many problems with body dysmorphia and eating disorders, because this is an ideal that is sold to the world.

Yes, true but if he would have used the word filler, some could have confused it with the hyaluronic ones even after him clarifying.
Thank you for adding some technical specifics
Thank you for that info
Thank you for being honest and sharing pretty personal UPS and DOWNS.

I do it for 5 to 10 minutes after body workout
How do you exercise face?
@@joost1183 Look up face yoga
@@joost1183why would you ask that? How do you expect the person to give you a proper guide just with a comment? Look it up yourself.
that's just temporary, not different at all than muscle exercises for the body.
I gotta admit you look pretty good dude. Very interesting research. Thank you for sharing. I really appreciate what you are doing.
Honestly bro this guys actually having results really impressive
rare you see someone so dedicated they’d be willing to use themselves as test subject to push development of health
Ignorance is usually behind the hate caused by fear. Thank you Bryan for being the Guinea pig for human health and well being 🙌
Thanks for keeping it real and sharing all your experiences.
It's very motivating.
BRO!! Do not let them haters get you down. Not for one second. You are doing amazing, meaningful, work!
Meaningful ? Looking good or looking young has absolutly no meaning. What should be the outcome ? Beeing adored ?
Wow, what a difference! Great results.
I can’t understand why he anyone has a bad word to say about him. He’s putting in the work, sharing his knowledge with us all for free, doing it transparently and despite his critics still be positive, and have a smile on his face. Thank you, Bryan!
He definitely looks better, and I think the guy's vision is great. Our health is our wealth, and we all should be grateful that he's spending HIS wealth to educate the public.
big difference between looking healthy and being healthy tho
@@l.s.11 all his testing is proving that he is healthy. I find it funny that it's totally socially acceptable for a girl to have sunken-in cheeks, but everyone is up in arms because this is a dude. Everyone is so overweight/obese in America these days that people forget how healthy "skinny" actually is. He clearly has much more muscle than any female celebrity I have ever seen ...
he's still gonna die like the rest of us, doesn't matter how young he looks
@@MarzLifeOnEarth I don't think the look and shape of his face affects his bloodwork and internal organs much. If anything, all those substances he's consuming might be harmful.
Did you see the swelling? That's not good. And all in search of superficial aestethics? I'd pass.
@@l.s.11 I did see it, I'm not supportive of anything superficial that he does. He also dyes his hair which is toxic in my opinion. But my argument is that nobody cares when women do the same exact thing. I'm at an extreme end of the spectrum and am against makeup, piercings, tattoos, etc. However, I still have respect for his health improvements and his honesty about everything that he does.
Your skin looks really good tbh
Average people cannot spend millions of dollars and thousands of hours on rejuvenation. Just eat healthy vegetable based foods and exercise every day. That's 90% of staying young and healthy.
For now it’s just a proof of concept, hopefully in time these methods will become more streamlined and affordable.
Research and development costs millions** Figuring it out is expensive, but once it is figured out, youll thank him.
Vegetable based foods? That's crazy. Eat organs, meat, fish and supplement with veggies and berries. Exercise and you'll be a super soldier 💪
@@patrikvaring22 so true, crazy how people think plants will make them healthy lmfao
@@19haza97you don't vegetables...... What are you a 9 yr old 😂
You are an inspiration to humanity, you put your body through these tests so that the next generation of humans can live longer, or possibly forever. I truly hope that all this sacrifice is worth it and that you find the result you are looking for, to reverse the human age. Please, don't quit.
I dont criticize neither his lifestyle nor the improvement he´s been getting which is very visible. But he still looks like someone in his late 40s trying to look younger. I believe that in aging genetics matter most, and habits matter only in a very long time period (for example if you've been working out your whole life)
Dude I would be ecstatic if I looked that good in my late 40s
Genetics def don't matter most, that's hilarious. Whether you eat well, sleep well, and exercise matters most. And it doesn't matter if people can tell how old you are, it matters how good you look.
@@luxuryseaviewvillas6744 dumbest take ive read today.
@@luxuryseaviewvillas6744yes. But regarding the face, genetics do matter. Asians look young for very long and americans are generally opposite, all by the virtue of facial genetics.
@@sandromaspindzelashvili5767 ok that's true. being good looking naturally, i agree that is genetic. And i think Brian doesn't have that gene, and i think he might have issues accepting it. When the truth is 99% don't either.
How much of this is makeup? Hands, belly, all parts of the body is important. 7:28 These people are full of makeup. Picture perfect. Searching celebrities without makeup paints a whole new story. Mentality is very very important.
None of them wear makeup it’s called genetics
Cosmetic procedures. He said it saddens him to do it. Bit he needs to get the longevity message out, so he compromises. People are so shallow today, looking at faces only.

He does look better now, BUT I think it's obvious there is a filter in this video. Let's go with NO FILTER videos.
Sad he's so insecure about his face and that people have been bullying him about it is so wrong.
This is extremely interesting and the discipline it takes to maintain a diet this strict is herculean. Props dude dang
You are looking very good and fine!!!! Great work!!! thank you for sharing the secrets to get to this level!!!
I am 40 and I look and feel 30. I don't do anything special. Other than workout, don't drink alcohol, no sugar, reduced carbs, sleep min 8 hours per day. Stay hydrated. I have a full head of hair and my testosterone level is that of a mid to late 20 year old.
In America what you are doing is ‘special’ as in not standard.
Cool story bro
The key to longevity, according to Attia and Sinclair is to be athletic and healthy at the age of 90-100. Bryan could be the first to achieve that
Yeah but there is always that one year where it all catches up. Best thing is to just own it. It's a priviledge to get older. Embrace.
This dudes work ethic is unmatched. He looks great and seems great too
Yes seriously unmatched!
The main problem with the mess you call your face is that you look the android Data fro Star Trek next generation series
Love the honesty of this video
I’m glad you noticed and did something about looking ill. You look so much healthier!
i don't know dude. It's not about "haters" and stuff, its just a middle aged dude who looks like someone with plastic surgery (and weight loss), NOT younger, it's a different thing.
Yes. He’s free to do what he likes but it’s not “hating “ to describe your opinion of how you see him. Nothing about this guy look like someone in his 20s - to me he looks like a middle aged guy who had a bunch of anti wrinkle surgery (botox style)
He really says that in the video, that it saddens him that he has to have these procedures to his face to please his social media followers. When the health aspects matter much more. People are very shallow when it comes to looks. Blame our camera society! Blame Hollywood. All making plastic surgeons and Dermatologists rich.
I think how the lights are set up, the makeup and the filter he ueses in post editing make him look like that
I think it's something more complicated.
Instantly subscribed.. this man is KYLE XY of our generation
Your transparency and dedication is commendable. Haters will hate...you do you!
I worked 80hr work weeks, peaking with even 124 hours of work in 7 days, & have since massively adjusted my lifestyle after viewing your team’s project. I’ve since adjusted to different work and have never felt healthier with lifestyle changes inspired by your team. I’ve likely still less than 10% of the changes you’re making as I don’t even follow a strict diet, but the baby steps have made a difference. I’m still young, your points of maintenance vs catchup are insightful; I’ll begin changing the diet and ramping up on the health game. Please, consider sharing your findings on teeth and overall oral health!
Keep at it brother. Youre doing good work
Those haters were probably just mad and jealous because of the dedication you have put in and your health. Im glad you stop caring about what they were saying! Way to go, you inspire us
This guy looks amazing, can we put some respect to his name? He looks better than everybody his age and better than 99% people 10-20 years younger than him.
Put some respect to the guy that’s pushing boundaries for us all
Looking _absolutely_ _stacked_ in this video Bryan. Good job 💪
I’ve done Sculptra- barely any impact. I have facial fillers - somewhat helpful. I’ve done EZGel - no impact. I’ve done Renuva - no impact. I gained weight and did 3 facial fat transfers - great results.
Do they just suck the fat of somewhere and then inject it into the face? How long does it last?
@@TaLeng2023 via liposuction, fat can be taken from the stomach, thighs, flanks, etc. The interesting thing is that your fat cells remember where they came from. So if you gain weight first in your stomach, generally speaking, the transplanted fat will behave the same in your face. The fat transfer lasts forever essentially, if you maintain your weight. Only 30-50% fat survives after each procedure so you will definitely need more than one procedure to achieve desired outcomes.
May I ask how much the 3 facial fat tranfers cost and where you had it done ? Thanks!
