I would like share my personal experience sleep
      Before insomniac and covid 19
      I don't know i was professional sleeper 😅
i can sleep in 40°c withing 4 minut i had ability to take nap withing 10 15 minut feel fresh
In night when clock goes close to 11pm i just can't keep my eye open feel very sleepy no matter what my sleep hygiene use blue light or mobile i cant resist to keep eye open then withing minutes fall sleep and directly my eye open at 7 am morning everyday same time extremely calm with energy)but covid 19 and anxiety ruined everything it give me fear of disease anxiety and sleepless night that later turn into depression and sleep become extremely difficult task for me
Right now from past 2 year even anxiety depression almost gone but
      Its impossible to take nap
Falling Sleep equired atleast 30 minut
Night not feel sleep at all whether its 12 am or 2 am
And can't stay a sleep more than 4 hour sleep break with irritable mood and can't fall sleep back gain
Wake up tired and high reting heart rate overall not feeling good health or wellbeing it destroy my health cognitive function many more thing that i dont even now
Its just not turn back like before covid whatever i try only sleeping pill give 7 hour sleep but that is not come to close my before covid sleep that mean brain get some permanent changes in nutral pattern that is not possible to turn back like before 😕
Still hopefull one day i get my full sleep i try different thing everyday to fix it so work in progress
Although This life and human body we can't fix everything in body
So from professional sleeper to failed sleeper
I know that important of sleep
Its extremely important to live healthy life
Please don't took stress if you are sleeping well you are healthy for me don't ruin your sleep cycle by taking anxiety and stress

    Basics:
Habit 1: We are professional sleepers, most important.
    1. Eat earlier and lighter
    2. Wind-down routine (1 hour, relaxed calmed state, no screens)
    3. Environment
    4. Consistency, your body loves routine
    5. Avoid stimulants (coffee, tea)
    Habit 2: Exercise
    1. 30 minutes daily, basic starting point
    2. Move around the day
    Habit 3: Diet
If you are well rested and exercise this one will be much easier, that’s why it’s third. Get 1 and 2 as pilar.
    1. Don’t rely on will power, don’t make decisions on the go.
    2. Try not to overeat
    + don’t smoke, don’t drink
    3. Mediterranean style diet

Most elderly people have problems getting up off the floor. As a child you spend a lot of time on the floor, adults do not.
Doing yoga / stretching exercises on the floor can improve balance, mobility, flexibility and the ability to get up and down..
Just getting up and down to the floor in a controlled manner is difficult for many older adults.
Play with your children on the floor. Bend over, get down and pull weeds in your garden. Play with a pet on the floor.
The more effort you make to work on balance and flexibility will pay dividends as you age.

I love this type of content where you try to find compromise between optimal habits for longevity and regular life, since it aligns with what I've been trying to do for the past few years.
Two points/observations from my own experience:
    1. If you exercise for performance (and not overall health and longevity as Bryan does), you have to fuel accordingly and therefore some of the diet rules Bryan laid out might not be applicable to you (especially the timing part of your meals).
    2. Do not avoid 'excessive' alcohol, avoid all alcohol. It is a poison with literally no beneficial effect health-wise and if you cannot have fun without it, you might have a bigger problem.

Excellent video but Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!!

    • @ToveriJuri
      @ToveriJuri 6 днів тому +1

Nothing wrong with small amounts of alcohol occasionally. Also has a lot of uses outside of just drinking it for the sake of it. Wine and Beer are great for sauces. Stronger alcohol is good for extracting flavors (vanilla extract, liqueurs as desert flavorings). Alcohol isn't an issue. People who don't know what to do with it other than get wasted are the issue.

The only good alcohol does is as a disinfectant. Drinking your own pee is probably more healthy than alcohol, but you wouldn't add pee to your diet, not "just a little bit moderately" either.. but that's just my view, doesn't have to be yours as well

I’m 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I’ll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial masque which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion. There is an idea of a me. Some kind of abstraction. But there is no real me. Only an entity. Something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours, and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable, I simply am not there.
