    Tips to follow :-
    1. No jerk with your weight, control the weight
    2. Don't over extend your joint
    3. No ego lifting
    4. Warm-up and stretches:- do stretches

      @@Daleepreeti bro hive ur elbows a few days rest and the next time u go to gym make sure to dont jerk, over extend ur elbows, ego lift and do a good warm up especially before doing push exercises
