And panic krne ki koi baat nai hai esb beginning me hota hai....in fact meko ite saal hogye par phir v I have hurt my back yesterday during deadlift.

It's because u place ur elbows right towards the ceiling bro. That is 90 degree. Simply elongate ur shoulders and let the elbows go a little down. U will have two great benefits out of it. First is no pain because earlier ur elbow joints were having the tension instead of muscles and second benefit is that ur tricep muscle will be in more tension, hence more growth in that muscle. Try this. It will work for sure. All the best
