1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vegan butter or ghee
1 shallot, diced
4 cloves garlic, chopped

In a medium sized skillet over low to medium heat, add the olive oil and ghee(or vegan butter), then add the shallot, garlic, garlic powder, and sprigs of rosemary. Let those cook for 2 minutes until soft. Add the quartered radishes, and let cook for about 3-4 more minutes. Add about 1 cup of your clean radish tops, and sauté for another minute. Deglaze your pan with the coconut aminos and lemon juice. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until radishes are cooked through and the radish tops are nice and wilted. Once cooked through, plate radishes and top with lemon zest, hemp seeds, black pepper and nutritional yeast. Standby for the basil oil recipe! video coming soon!!n

Subscribed! can't wait for the basil oil video. All your recipes look amazing and the editing of the videos is just the right amount of internet funny for me. I love it!!!
I sauteed radish for the first time last night without knowing how to. When i noticed that they looked like baby red potatoes after quartering them, I treated them as such. I've always loved raw radish but I had no idea what I was missing. This recipe looks even better than what I came up with and I can't wait to try it out. I'll be checking out some of your other videos. Take care now!
This is seriously one of the most amazing, tastiest foods I've ever cooked. Thank you so much for this recipe!
I love to roast them in the oven with a simple Dijon, chive butter.
Boy did this change my opinion of radishes and for me it’s always a recipe to impress others bow because no one has thought of cooking them before! So looking forward to try this :)
Ooh I'll definitely try that!
