    Sophia Roe is a chef, wellness advocate, and food & feelings enthusiast. Her works centers around making the language of wellness more diverse, more inclusive, and more accepting.
    This week we sit down with the wellness Founder of Golde, Trinity Mouzon Wofford. Getting to know why she started her brand and her favorite ways to incorporating her Turmeric into your daily routine. In addition Sophia built an original recipe with Golde’s Turmeric Tonic Blend, a vegan falafel!! #fpbeautyandwellness

    I love this video, However, you shouldn't make falafel with canned chickpeas. Chickpeas should be soaked overnight and chopped finely in a food processor, they will cook thoroughly in the pan or oven. It has a better taste this way.
