This was such a great video!! I did this first thing in the morning and by midday I can tell such a big difference . Less pain and stiffness throughout the day plus I know I'm toning my glute and hip area!! Win win in my book. Thanks Annie!!!

Thank you for providing these exercises for Piroformis Syndrome, for which i was recently diagnosed. I was also diagnosed with upper Hamstring tendonopothy. Are there any of these exercises that I should NOT do, having both of these conditions? Thank you

I'm so happy I stumbled upon this video. Ive been suffering from this for so many months, the pain is unbearable. Today i received 150 units of botox in my piriformis. I am hoping it will help. I will do your stretching routine when i am less sore from the injections. Is it normal to have so much pain in my calf too especially while doing the figure 4? I cant even sleep on my bad side because of the terrible pinching and pain in my calf. Is this part of piriformis syndrome or something different?
No but you would have calf pain if you are walking differently. I have been dealing with this since April as well as a torn meniscus and had really bad calf pain from walking on my toes but still have it now from limping.
