Oh my. I have a very damaged back that messes up my hips. This was painful, but I did my best and I actually feel a lot better. I am going to do this practice regularly. Thank you, Paula. My left hip has been going tingly and numb and this made it go away.

This is your most comprehensive hip session yet Paula! My hips are always tight and I struggled with some of the poses (though my wife had no problems), but it was a wonderful release. 😊
Wow- i worked into doing some movements i did not think I would be able to do...and with ease- this was a really deep practice in a lot of ways! thank you so much. 💞🙏🏽
This video helps me so much from freezing up and getting tight from standing all day. I notice my ankle & knees click less. Does cortisol build up cause the clicking? I wonder. All the same, that's for being my yoga instructor while I am in my remote job
hips feeling so good right now. Fire leg pose is so challenging for me, my right hip and knee seem to be up around my ears. It is impossible for me to get them stacked together. Maybe one day, maybe not...🧘♀☮💖✨🙏
