I am not new to exercise. I rebound for 15 minutes 3x/week and I lift weights and do floor exercises at least 3x/week and I just did this and was winded afterward and felt I’d had a good little fat burning session! Thanks for this video/these tips! I really like you channel.
Thank you for these 5 minute workouts.❤ A week ago I couldn’t walk (Achilles tendonitis). A few days ago I was feeling better and slowly incorporated your workouts into my day. Although I’m still recovering and slow, not exactly keeping up with you. Ha! Ha!😂 I feel better. My heel feels better. And I hope by the end of the month I’ll be back to my old self again. Thanks for these videos!😊
