    I've been following you for quite a while. Aside from age I've been injured, plus some disability illnesses had me almost bed stricken. Thanks to your exercises (which, thankfully, I can do) I have recovered most of my mobility and flexibility. I still weigh the same but my clothes feeling baggy. I think I dropped a size. But the mid section is a stubborn one 😂 I don't do much diet. I profoundly dislike vegetables. Always feel hungry.

      Add more protein to your diet to help with hunger. Plus, protein is so important to recovery. You don’t have to only eat meat for your protein either. Add powder veggies to a protein shake each day with fiber too.

      @@karencuthbert68 had allergic reaction to the powder and veggies make me puke. I envy people who can eat salad and really enjoy the taste. I get nauseated with just the smell.

    Awesome! I subscribed several weeks ago, but only today did I start. Nice! I have been having difficulty following the daily plan for toning in a book I have. Doing toning with your guidance is fun, and I'll actually do the workouts before I dismiss them from now on! Thank you!

    Looooove this one. I think it will be one of my go to's for abs. I started with weighrs that were a little to light so I will up them for next time. Feeling abs now and I'm sure will feel them tomorrow. Thanks Schellea, you never disappoint! 😊

The weight size is different for everybody, and the best weight to use is when you feel very challenged after about eight or nine reps. Keep up the fabulous work! 💪❤️

      For this workout, feel free to vary your weights based on the exercise requirements. If you have just one set, that's great - it's an excellent starting point. However, if it feels too easy after 8 to 10 reps, consider increasing the weight for a more effective challenge. Keep up the great work! 💪❤️

      Go you Anika! The best weight for you to use is when you feel very challenged after about eight or nine reps. If it doesn't feel hard to do at the end, you can increase your weight. 💪❤️

    I have damaged spine and just want to loose a bit 4:13 of belly fat i walk home from work for 45 mins monday to Friday and im on my feet for 5 hours a time, i need something to tone me. Hope you can help, I am 55.
