But the mid section is a stubborn one 😂 I don't do much diet. I profoundly dislike vegetables. Always feel hungry.

Add more protein to your diet to help with hunger. Plus, protein is so important to recovery. You don’t have to only eat meat for your protein either. Add powder veggies to a protein shake each day with fiber too.
@@karencuthbert68 had allergic reaction to the powder and veggies make me puke. I envy people who can eat salad and really enjoy the taste. I get nauseated with just the smell.
