Love your 5 min workouts. I am 78 in good shape but I don’t want to hurt myself so I find your channel so easy to follow using I pound weights till I can go to 2 pound weights. Do Exercises daily my favorite exercise is trying to walk daily as well. I resonate to your approach. 👍❤️😊👏🏻
I enjoy doing this daily but I can't do the last exercise for more than 25 seconds, sometimes 35, so I mix it up -- I do something else for 30 seconds of it but I still see how long I can do it before I switch. It is really challenging for me! The whole thing was at first, but I have the first four down. Just working on the last one. Thanks so much for your inspiration.

I've been trying to do this arm workout everyday and I've drawn the conclusion that I can't keep both arms up on that last exercise at the same time. So I've been doing 30 seconds on one arm then putting it down and then 30 seconds on the other arm and then dropping my weights and doing the stretching exercises to the end. Perhaps I'm not supposed to do it that way, but this is easier for me. Given that I'm a stroke patient, I can't hold my arms up too long.😢 I sincerely apologize but I love your workouts. Thank you. You are a credit to our generation!

Have had my most successful results working out with two pound weights while using my rebounder. Nonstop arm lifts of all sorts have nicely reduced the bat wings incredibly. Not to mention rebounding has helped me reduce body weight by 20 lbs. in six months. My workouts are anywhere between 30 -60 minutes nonstop.
That was a good 5 minutes, I couldn’t do all the last few reps on the last exercise! Could I do exercises like this and some of your other arm dumbbell every day or do you need a day or 2 in between? Love all your videos!

Omg I've been doing your exercises for 2 months, and that one for the arms is hardest lol 😅. I've lost about 2cm off my arms and waist because of these exercises. The squats are amazing for me, as have had 2 hip replacements and still couldn't bend down to pick up stuff..the squats have helped tremendously. Thankyou Jen ❤

I thought the same thing. I didn't quite make it through the entire 5 minutes with my arms up. I got to that last exercise and my arm said yeah right!😂 I only use 2 lb weights so I'm guessing I'm going to have to do this on a regular basis. I definitely felt the burn.

Really love this video -- just turned 70 and flabby arms appeared so I need this daily and NO WAY can I do 20 or even 15 minutes of arm exercises. This one I can do with weights until the very end -- I do the first half minute without them and the last 25 seconds with them... will build up to the whole minute but I'm going to do this daily and it's easy to commit to the 5 minutes. Love your doggie too.
