I did find the floor plan on their website and there is a lot about these that I like - but how to get one is vague at best.

NY? by the time you find a lot and pay all the $ to have it built, fees utilities permits it will be a fortune. Those size solar panels wont keep the Ac or heat going, youll still need to plug in to city utilities
With all respect. My cousin already owns a house in the city (in Inwood) powered with solar panels. And it all came out to a fair price. It would have cost more to buy an apartment in the same neighborhood. So I’m just looking to do the same in the same neighborhood. Just a 16 blocks away.

I love the house. It's a small house but has a big house feel. It looks like a crawl space underneath. That would come in handy one maintenance items need repaired. It has a very low roof pitch so probably bo access. I've been looking into alternatives to electricity. If placed in a colder environment, I'm not sure solar could getvthe job done by itself. I'm assuming the panels charge the batteries and you use can flip the breaker from power supplier to the solar? It doesn't run all the time? Is the breaker box wired so tou could use other types of alternative energy or a generator? I didn't catch a price but I'm not sure I want to. As far as appearance and livability, I would score it very high.

This is a great home but I HATE the pop-out windows. Give us windows we can open all the way !!! Some of us like fresh air and some of us like to cook and need the cross breeze. It's amazing how many people like to be sealed inside a box.

Future repairs may be a nightmare if you can't get parts and if you can't find a local contractor to work on it.
