I guess the reason why samurai win is because camel riders took a lot of time to circle the samurai, they need to rotate first, but since it is camel, it is slow.. while they try to get behind the samurai to get place for attack.., samurai do its job in the center very good..camels center power brokened already and that 3-4 free samurai from center attacking to the north and it sums up.
Camel riders are weird, they are so good against random things. For example crossbows because they are light cav. And siege because they are fast af. They can even beat horse archers and mangudai. Also tower elephant is the easiest pray for camel riders

Model size made the difference, deflect armour also contributed a bit. It's basically 2vs
3 and 2vs4 for the most of the time.
The samurai won the 100 vs 100? I guess their deflective armor adds up quick
It looked more due to the model size. A good quarter of the camels just spent the time milling about.
