When I finished the workout I started crying at the end because I’ve never been able to finish a HIIT workout to for more than 20 minutes. I feel like I can do anything now. It was so hard but by the end I felt myself wanting to do more. I’m so proud of myself. I’m going to beat obesity and I’m going to get to a healthy weight no matter what.
This is my 3rd time doing this workout in a week and I am already seeing results, not just on my body but my stamina and endurance are significantly improved!
@@dolcelauretta Some people just dont feel comfortable with their parents knowing... this workout also has a lot of jumping so its more likely the parents will hear it too

i did this workout yesterday, man it was hard af but at the end i was so happy, i felt like superwoman. Do it guys, and if you want take more breaks, but finish it, it will be an amazing feeling trust me
started with 15min stair master as a warm up then followed by this intense cardio I pulled in 1011 calories burned🔥🙌🏼 definitely a proud moment for me🎉✨️
This is intense! I was about to give up but decided not to. I encouraged myself that O can do this and I did! So proud of myself for finally completing a workout!
I'm going to do this workout for 2 weeks, 4 times a week Current weight: 64.5kg Goal weight: 60kg Day 1: ✅️ Day 2: ✅️ Day 3: ✅️ Day 4: ✅️ Today I weight 63.7kg!! I'm going to continue untill I get to my wanted weight Day 5: ✅️ Day 6: ✅️ Day 7: ✅️ Day 8: ✅️ Day 9: ✅️ Day 10: ✅️ I WEIGHT 62.5KG! YAYY. I really like this workout, but sometimes I replace it with 500 calorie burn workout and it is as much effective as this one and much easier. I am on calorie deficit and eat less then before, but it's not a strict diet, I just eat whatever my parents make for lunch, but I watch out for how much I eat. I'm probably going to switch to 500 calorie burn workout because I won't have time for this one because of exams. I will update you tho! For anyone doing this: keep going, it's worht it, I promise ❤️ Day 11: ✅️ Day 12: ✅️ Day 13: ✅️ Day 14:✅️ Day 15: ✖️ I fell and injured my ankle, I need to rest for about 2 weeks Weight: 61,3kg So as I can't do exercise and it's already been a week, I gained 1kg of weight lol I'll try to continue with this as soon as my ankle gets better and I'll keep updating you!
The first round is challenging, but once you are patient and get through the first round, the rest is much more comfortable and fun. Please don't give up for the first ten minutes. Thank you very much to the channel for this workout, I do it once a week.🥰
One of my favorite workouts! I'm out of breath! 360 calories, 46:20 minutes. Even if they don;'t seem many calories, every workout was exhausting and felt like I burnt the most that I could burn during this time. Loved it! 385 calories, 48:06 minutes 425 calories, 46:48 minutes 357 calories, 47:32 minutes (with breaks) 334 calories, 47:28 minutes 400 calories, 50:51 minutes (no watch breaks) 345 calories, 48:07 minutes 344 calories, 45:09 minutes 368 calories, 49:10 minutes 436 calories, 49:52 minutes (more effort, no watch breaks - 16 mins extreme, 21 anaerobic, 10 aerobic) 356 calories, 46:58 minutes
I have gained the name high speed by everyone in the gym since I've been doing this workout every morning. Everyone looks at me with such inspiration when im doing it. Its such great feeling. And the results. Oh mann. The weight is falling off. Any other workout I do seems so easy after consistently doing this one. Thanks so much
Burned 572 calories according to my smart watch on hiit mode! Really refreshing and fun, also lost 1.5 pounds in 2 days doing this! Keep up the great work demi!
if ur reading this goodluck and know your size is perfect and never give up! you can do this! believe in your self an be proud of every part of your body!
Been trying to find a workout around the 45 minutes mark that is both intense and fun. The different circuits make it for an engaging workout. You don't really get bored doing repetitive stuff, which was a big plus for me. And the intensity is definitely there. Heart rate through the roof the whole time and I could barely make it to the finish line. Great workout! Thank you.
I LOVED IT!!! First 15 minutes were really hard, but it got easier. Sooo proud of myself! Burned around 700 calories according to my apple watch😊 and felt great!!
It’s my first time doing this workout and I can definitely say damnnnn!! It’s intenseeee!!!!! It took me more than an hour because I HAD to take lots of breaks🥵🥵 Total calories I burnt: 700 You definitely CAN burn 1000 calories because you also burn lots of calories after the workout! Definitely not for people, who just started working out!!!
You know the workout is intense when you’re thankful for UA-cam ads in between rounds. Lol So glad I found your channel. Just started getting back into taking care of myself and this workout did not disappoint! Definitely gonna check out your other videos.
I was about to give up the first two workouts, and I didn’t, and I’m glad that I didn’t. I’m smiling from ear to ear that I finally finished a workout. Thank you for this
I’m doing this workout for 20 days (maybe more) straight. I’m currently 61 kg and my goal is 54 or 55 kg. So to start off, I will update you whenever everyday so that I am motivated to keep working out. Second, I workout a lot but easier workouts so I’m trying a more challenging workout to lose weight faster. I am also eating healthy so take that into account. But, I was eating more regularly which I stopped doing as well. Never give up! Day One: Completed ✅ The workout was a lot more difficult than the previous ones I have been doing. But, I pushed through and completed grateful for the breaks in between and I was highly motivated in this workout. Day 2: Completed ✅ For some reason I felt way less motivated today than I did yesterday, I did ofc end up finishing the workout, but it took a lot from me, I do have a fast metabolism so I lost 1 pound already, but it will slow down probably as I get closer to reaching my goal. Day 3: Completed ✅ I was more motivated today and completed the workout a lot easier than the past two days. Day 4: Completed ✅Today I did very good I was happy with the results, I lost two pounds and other than the workout I went on a one hour bike ride. Day 5: Completed ✅ Today I ate barely anything (which I know is terrible for your body) bc I had work and got busy. I still ended up doing the workout and felt great after it. I lost one pound today! Day 6: ❌took a break and did an easier workout because I went to the gym earlier. Lost 1/2 a pound Day 7: Completed ✅ Finished the workout always the beginning is the hardest for me but it got easier throughout the workout. I didn’t lose anything today. Day 8: Completed ✅ Today I was really distracted during the workout but I still finished it, I didn’t eat a lot today and I lost another pound. Feeling great! Day 9: Completed ✅ The workout was very easy today. I didn’t lose anything today, I might try a calorie deficit. Day 10: ❌ was very busy with work didn’t have time to do any workout. Day 11: ❌ was busy again but I went swimming and went to the gym today. Ate normal starting my calorie deficit in two days. Day 12: Completed ✅ Was a lot harder now that I stopped doing it for two days. Lost 1/2 a pound. Day 13: Completed ✅ easy workout lost .5 pound. Day 14: Completed ✅ the workout got a lot easier and I’ve been doing a calorie deficit of 1000 calories and lost 2 pounds.
same here but I could not complete the workout lol I ran out of energy halfway through the video. Hopefully I also complete this journey along with you! (see you next month maybe)
I totally get your motivation and also workout almost daily for more than 3 years maybe some advice. This type of cardio training is really tiring for your body but it also requier from you to give it your best. If you do it every day your body cannot keep up with regenaration, therefore in the best case it won't be as effective as it should be and in the worst case it can cause an injury. Of course it is possible to workout everyday, but the day after intense workout you should do pilates, yoga, stretching or another not-so-tiring workout, so the next the you can give it your best. And second advise (very very important, even more than first one) you HAVE TO do a warm up before workout and stretching after (this video lacks it). It also make a workout very much more effective, you don't get tired that quickly and due to stretching your muscles are more relax and ready to do next training faster. Both of these advises are boring and you will need even more motivation to do that but truly it's worth it. Good luck!!!
I will do this workout for 7 days! I try to eat healthy and drink a lot of water My current weight: 49,5 kg My goal weight: 48 kg Support me not to give up❤ 1. day 2. day 3. day 4. day 5. day 6.day 7.day
You don't need to aim for 48kg, that's too low. Your weight is already low but can work. 49kg is still low. Least weight should be around 50 if you're around 5ft. Don't let it increase what you have now. That should be your aim. But if that's your aim all the best
1st day : 19 mins done 2 nd day : 35 mins done🤞 I forgot to remind here .. but i did some other workout too in that period of time... But trust me I like this workout most n finally decided to continue this from now n will update here.. Last day- upto Round 4 I have done this today up to round 3😊🤞 More way to go😌❤️

And I'll be regular this time😤 16-03 went for jogging (10k+ steps) 17-03 each exercise for 30secs and 5/5 rounds and it felt easier than before 18-03 each exercise for 45 secs and 5/5 rounds! So proud of myself🥵 19-03 same as previous day💪🏻 20,21,22 skipped😓 23-03 done✅ 24-03 done✅
I am going to start this workout tomorrow And I will share my results in a month Please pray for me to not give up and losing weight My weight is 160 lb now
That was awesome! I loved the continuous/combination movement. I loved that the first round was the hardest cardiovascularly so that I could really push myself each round. I also loved the tip at the beginning to pick a rhythm and stick with it. The music helped me to pick a challenging pace to maintain and it made for a good workout :)
If you are in great shape 6-700 calories will be burned If you are in moderate shape 7-800+ but if you are just starting you’ll prolly burn 9-1000 for sure. Also there aren’t repeats but there are different various squats, bear positions and burpee variations thru out. Very good work out !
Oh, how do you know this? I've been doing this for about 4 months and most of the exercises are already easy for me. I wanna know the amount of calories I burn tho.
This workout was the best for me among the many I tried in the last year or so. Past few weeks have simply stuck to this. When I am low on time, at least 2 rounds helps me avoid the guilt. Awesome! Keep it up!! And many thanks!
Okay. I'll do it for 1 month. I've always started doing exercises and stopped midway. Not consistent at all. But this time I'll make sure to do it(God help me). For diet I'm going for portion control and 15 hour fasting. Weight: 64 kg Target weight: 54 kg I'll keep you guys updated. Just pray for me so that I don't give up😭

I just love this workout! The best 45min HIIT Workout on UA-cam. I started doing this one a few weeks ago and the first few times I had to pause the video between sets but now I can do it without any! I've been doing this workout once a week and it's still challenging but so fun! Love it! (Btw, my hands are shacking due to the adrenalin after the workout :D)
Let me tell you something girl! You are a beast! I've been working on this workout for about a week and I'm finally able to finish it with only two stops. The first stop is on those jump lunges and the second stop is the ski jumps. I've tried other workout that claim to burn 1000 calories specifically the one done by men and they don't even come close to the amount of energy I have to put forth to finish this workout. Absolutely incredible and I am subscribing! Give me all you got please lol take my money

Omg that was super hard! amazed by myself and everyone else who gave this a shot! reminder that you might want to give up but don't it is so hard but definitely worth it and I will definitely be doing this soon, and make sure to fuel your body after this! otherwise you won't see results! have a wonderful day gorgeous people.
I can tell you that this is one of the best (and hardest 🥵) full body workouts that I have ever done..and I consider myself a fit person but I was sweating and panting like crazy 😅. I love it! 100% recommended if you are looking for a challenging sweatfest! Welldone 👍🏾
Just wanted to say, I’m an already 60% through with this workout and the comments were right!! So far round 1 has been the hardest, I literally wanted to give up after like 5 minutes but I remember the comments! It’s now been about 30 min and it doesn’t even feel like it! Def makes you sweat so much though!!!
Oh my god this one is a bomb 💣.literally my whole body is on fire right now. I am a person who is not fond of drinking water often but I drank whole 1 litre during this workout. It's definately one of the most intense full body workout. I m proud that i completed it with only one break. Definately satisfying after done
I am 39 yr old female. 5'6", 143 lbs and lost 500 calories on this work out today and 530 calories doing this workout yesterday. Yesterday was brutal as I'm intermediate fitness level and this is more advance. It was a lot easier for me today.
Hi! If anyone was wondering I burnt 500 active calories with this workout and 576 all together. Im 16 5ft 3 and weigh 115. :) I have done this workout plenty of times before and I have noticed small muscle gain from when I was doing it every other day or so. It is difficult but thats what makes it fun. You've got this!!
7 months postpartum and 4 months after complete ACL reconstruction I'm here attempting this workout again, used to be my favorite before pregnancy and injury! Lots of modifications but go through it!
This was one of the hardest workouts honestly i had to pause multiple times during the exercises but I like it I’ll continue doing this every 2nd day for now
Oh my word! Did this workout three days in a row and I feel stronger and more energized than I have in years. It is just right for me that I don’t have to take a break like I do from p90x❤️The stretching in the next video just put y’all over the top.
Fantastic workout. This is really great even for people who do sports regularly ( I often find workouts on UA-cam to not be so fun). Didn't have the time to go to the gym today and this was actually really nice. Highly recommend!

@@EnthusiasticStripedTiger-oi8gr Here my 2 week results: -Gained 1kg of muscle -Lost 2kg of fat My breathing condition got better and I could handle the routine much better each time. Note: to achieve these results, I didn’t stop the 2 week challenge. Only rested 1 day each week. Also, I had a low-fat diet (1,200 cal), lots of protein and vegetables, with carbs but not so many. With all of these together you may achieve your goals just like I did. :D
I have done this workout before, but that was almost a year ago now. I decided to try again on my journey to weight loss, ive started eating healthier, and i will *try* to fo this everyday, alongside my gym workouts 2-3 days a week. Great job making this, i have about 15 minutes left and i have sweat pouring down my face lmao. When i did this before, even after the forst day i had results. I wanted to be more fit, and felt more energized in general. I highly recommend! I look like a bot, i just need to go through my setting but im too laxy, it actually works.
I usually do 1-2 HIITS a week following other UA-camrs. According to my apple watch: Active calories: 412 calories Total calories: 484 calories average heart rate: 157 bpm This was my first time doing this workout, and DAMN, I absolutely loved it. It was a great amount of intensity; I feel like you can get through the 1st round, the next 4 arent so bad!
I already did one of their videos for 30 days and i went from 66.5 to 64.6 So now i will try a harder workout that'll burn more calories 💪🏻 So im starting at 64.6kg My goal is 59kg Day 1-✅️
I was feeling extremely light headed during the workout, because I am sick. But I ate a lot at a party and decided to burn what I ate. I felt like I was gonna fall asleep during the first round but when the second round started I felt way more energized and better. I wrote that when I was on round 3, I’m starting round 5😊 8 more minutes to go!!!
Did this as my first workout in about a year and with no warmup. Felt like dying after 15 min, but kept going without more breaks than in the video. I did do alternatives to some of the exercises at the end, cause my body was giving in, but I got through it🙏 Not anywhere near 1000 calories, didn’t expect to burn 1000 calories tho, but I burned 361 active calories and 416 resting calories, according to my Apple Watch. For resemblance, I’m 22, not athletic and I weigh about 56-57 kg (123-125 lbs). I did really like the workout, but would not recommend to a beginner😅 Will do this workout again, when I’m in better shape🙏

@@sahilsahoo4488 well for starters belly fat is one of the most difficult places to lose so you should just keep it up and maintain your routine. you can also start weight training to build more muscle which burns calories and will help you lose belly fat. it will take time though so don’t be impatient for the results, focus on the journey and good luck :)

reminders to all of the beautiful people reading this… 1. its okay if you cant go as high, low or as fast as her 2. its okay to take extra breaks 3. listen to your body. if you cant make it all the way through an exercise, that is 110% okay! 4. dont give up on yourself! 5. giving up and listening to your body are 2 very different things! 6. make sure to eat before and after your workout! keep your body keep fueled 7. The workout is supposed to be hard. dont get discouraged. 8. your body is perfect and beautiful no matter what! lets do this together

@@hearts4amyI am still going on, the exercise is difficult the first few minutes but later I find it easy to complete I will weigh myself after a week.
It was my first day trying this! I made it to 19 minutes, and then I felt like I was going to be sick. Though I had hoped to complete this from start to finish, I'm still really proud of myself. I needed the reminder to go at my own pace, and being a beginner isn't a bad thing. I look forward to one day finishing the entire video, but for today, I'll consider 19 minutes a victory. 🙂
@itsbellenotbella3297 19 minutes is a heck of a long time when you're doing something as intense as working out, just know I'm proud of you, keep going c:
It’s been 2 years I’m doing this cardio trust me even 2 rounds brings a big change (if u do it properly) not demotivating u guys! But ya thank you so much for this!!😭
@@elyj2837 what burns fat is burning more calories than you eat so yes, it does work if you eat less calories than you burn in a day. and cardio usually burns more calories since your pulse is up.
This is very cool. The first round is the hardest, in my opinion. I read some comments and concluded that many people exercise to burn calories or to allow themselves to eat anything they deprive themselves of. Or to relieve the feeling of guilt after eating a fatty meal. All of this indicates eating disorders, so please avoid these actions from the beginning before they develop.
Ive been working on my weight loss journey for about 2 months now and im down 20 lbs! Ive been doing regular jogs/runs as well and these kind of videos 5days a week (not always HIIT videos) and I gotta say this by far is the toughest one ive ever done but I held out til the end, but yeah im f*kkin dead now ☠️☠️

I WEIGHT 62.5KG!

That was amazing! I'm well over 60 and this kept my heart rate up AND never felt unreachable! Loved it!
It’s my first time doing this workout and I can definitely say damnnnn!!
It’s intenseeee!!!!!
It took me more than an hour because I HAD to take lots of breaks🥵🥵

I was about to give up the first two workouts, and I didn’t, and I’m glad that I didn’t. I’m smiling from ear to ear that I finally finished a workout. Thank you for this
same but the difference is i havent finnished yet
Lost 1/2 a pound
Day 7: Completed ✅ Finished the workout always the beginning is the hardest for me but it got easier throughout the workout.
So how is your progress
This is great! Love to see the progress!
@@AmeliaStachowska-wz8zr Tysm for this amazing advice I am stretching before todays workout!

You don't need to aim for 48kg, that's too low. Your weight is already low but can work. 49kg is still low. Least weight should be around 50 if you're around 5ft. Don't let it increase what you have now. That should be your aim. But if that's your aim all the best

Day 2 : Done ✅
how's it going
@@hearts4amyI am still going on, the exercise is difficult the first few minutes but later I find it easy to complete
I will weigh myself after a week.
How did it go?
UPDATE! U GOT ITTTT
just a few weeks ago i couldn’t get through 4 mins and now it’s pretty easy to me so keep going guys
Demi is my favourite trainer!! so, I knew this was going to be good! ❣️ great work out with just over 600CALS burnt in NZL 🥵!
Your height
But ya thank you so much for this!!😭
I really enjoyed this workout. I love that it was a no repeat. Good rest amount and got a great sweat on! Thank you for this.
Omg!!! Yeiiih!!! Demi Is back.. i miss u!! I'm ready 💪💪💪💪Go gurl!
This workout was perfect. I've managed to keep it up without personal breaks and it was intense. Thank you.
37 min in! love this workout!
I don’t know don’t u think it’s to long and cardio doesn’t work to burn fat I believe
Ive been doing regular jogs/runs as well and these kind of videos 5days a week (not always HIIT videos) and I gotta say this by far is the toughest one ive ever done but I held out til the end, but yeah im f*kkin dead now ☠️☠️
Didn't think I could finish this but I managed it. Phew what a sweat. Love it.
I tried this for the first time, happy new year! Burned 422 calories! 🎉
May l ask about your weight,,?
How you calculate your burned calories
?
@@maryvismayavarghese1574they probably have apple watches that count calories
Wonderful as always 😍 Your workouts always motivate me 🥰.
(Also to the viewers) if want to start this workout, i suggest you to do a warm-up first because i didn't and i was very stiff, so the first minutes were a real hell for me😅
Right now I'm freaking happy because this is my first s hiit calorie workout and I do this workout completely I think I would do this workout again. Thank you for your workouts they're amazing❤❤❤❤❤❤
