Your progression is incredible bro, but the scapula... you should work and focus on improving that, not only for the aesthetics of the front but because you can hurt yourself
first part of the video is how I got my first 2-3 seconds hold. Technique work comes later. Most people trying to learn the front lever don’t give sh*t about scapular protraction Just check the recent clips for the correct form
I was 16 when I recorded these clips, and my weight was probably around 58-60kg. I am now 20 and weigh 68kg or so. keep training you will 100% achieve it!
