"The Road To" Planche from 0 to 3 sec Full-planche journey:
Just an idea for you guys how much it takes to get those 3 sec, some might get it faster some slower, do not give up stay consistent and trust the process.
ALMOST every workout i made is on this video, lots of different variations and exercises to inspire you, took me 1year 90days.
    Workout Tips:
1.Planche leans - not too far lean with perfect form, by perfect form I mean straight line hollow body and straight ass arms. Not too far so you could hold AT LEAST 20 sec. Rest 2 mins. 5 sets.
2.Pseudo push-ups - with max lean, very similar to the previous but here we also working on the bend arm strength, what I mean by bend arm strength is forcing out shoulders take the load under all angles by going up and down, make sure your arms are parallel to your body at the lowest point you should fell that your center mass is moving from your legs to the center, killer for your shoulders. 3 strong slow sets. Rest ENOUGH
3.Back lever - is a foundation to your planche due the similar body alignment control, are the same between both + straight arm strength kicks in. At least 5 holds for max idk what your max is or if you can back lever but if you’re not able to go for “skin the cat” as the last exercise for 3 sets around, range rep by feeling idk what your range is.
4.Handstand push-ups - drastically increases your upper body power needed to hold that planche, i started do do those very late and i'm very sorry about that, at least 3 sets.
    Enjoy.

you're not getting the appropriate time under tension and muscle stress needed to advance progressions. ring dips won't do anything to help with your static planche hold

Day 1 planche at your progression 3 sets + 3 sets lean
      Day 2 rest
      Day 3 planche again...
      Repeat... 3x a week
      And do this progression instead
      Adv tuck

      Half lay
      Full planche
