I'm not sure how to do it intentionally every time but the forward jetpack boost does seem to work on consoles without any keybinding too, I first noticed it when traveling through water, swimming would take forever whilst jumping and boosting across like a dolphin was infinitely faster. If i had to guess, i think it was just a case of holding forward while boosting at the right time of your jump - Im not sure if the water physics made it any easier to do though, but it certainly saved me a tonne of time.
lets be real, most of these are things we can do in older bethesda games, but jettisoned out of leaving ship just happened to me today, this game is trully amazing, cant wait what kinds of standalone mods about to come
I found number 2 while trying to make a Star Wars-esque ship. Kind of like a combination inspired by a Nebulon B Escort frigate, and a B-wing. It's my main ship and it single-handedly destroyed every Crimson Fleet ship at the Key when I stumbled across it lmao
Falcon you say these things as if it's a designed feature that has in game benefits. It's a typical Bethesda game...filled with bugs and glitches. I usually like your take and enjoy when you narrate videos, but come on. These 10 things are bugs. You should've named the video "the top 10 glitches in Starfield". I'm still not impressed in this game, npc faces look like a 2006 design. You can't truly fly from planet to planet. You don't go thru a atmosphere, you go thru a cut scene. No Man's Sky at launch at least let you do that. This game doesn't make me want a Xbox.
Actually playing the game is different than seeing someone else play the game. I'm primarily a ps player but I can't ignore all the things this game gets right. There's videos showing there are planets that are boring and have no exploration value. Play the game and you would find that it'll actually tell what's involved with that planets to begin with. Some planets you go purely to set-up up outposts to generate resources and that's it. There are planets with great variety to them, jungles, deserts, beaches with abandoned labs and outposts to be found. It's the type of game, like every other Bethesda game where you have alot of freedom. You can be walking around a city notice a conversation taken place between npcs that may lead into a quest. The lore I find to be especially interesting (reminds me of mass effect between leaving earth and all the milestone events that happened since then that you may get involved with. It also has rather interesting take in the main story that you would not find in many other games out there. They also do something interesting with the new game plus that not many others bother with. At the end of the day I can understand what others may not like about the game but it gets alot of it right compared to what has been released in recent years.
Wrong all the way around. Just spent 200 hours in Skyrim and 150 hours in the Witcher 3 and I can tell you without a doubt that everything is done better by cd project red. The npcs for one small example. They are brain dead zombies that dont react to you at all and just walk around doing nothing and looking like they came from oblivion. Where as in the Witcher 3 the npcs not only react to you, but to eachother with random conversation and even to the weather. When it starts to rain everyone goes running to get inside. They have real faces and will actually go about doing a ton of different things in just that one small village. Starfield is mediocre in every way. The only people who thinks Starfield is great are people who haven’t played the other games like Witcher three or no man sky or wasteland three or the outer worlds. Starfield is flat out boring.
This game is so cool gonna be playing it for a very long time. Only 21 hours in and barely level 14 and i stopped the main quests to explore a bit. Currently on some Australian looking lamd scape planet. Went from dead ass rock planet to an snow covered one and now this lol
😂 what one thing? This gonna be some transphobe nonsense right? Do you really think they/them wont exist in the future? I got news for you, gender/social norms have changed and flipped all throughout history and one thing has remained constant, noncomformity to that standard. High heels and makeups were worn by french aristocrats and british parliamentarians just 300 years ago, now they are designated as womens only. The egyptians had eunichs that would dress and act as women basically predating proper transgender surgeries, but alas all these facts will likely never change your mind. Btw the char people are mad about is a clone made to be like a daughter, not a trans version of the character. Vae Victus literally talks about her being made as his daughter
The thing I've discoverd about using boost packs with movement is saving your oxygen. Hit the key for auto-run, hit the key for sprinting (your oxygen starts to drop), then jump and just before you land, boost. Repeat every time you hit the ground and you can cross the map at sprint speeds without losing oxygen.

They need to make it so there is a priority system in space combat and important components of each ship have hitboxes and a hierarchy for importance for example an engine with it's own individual hitbox would be targetted by persuants. I find myself discovering many parallels in which Kenshi is a game similar in scope on a much more dated engine but far more possibilities in terms of choices, for example the merchants in Kenshi *also* have a chest linked to their inventory however that chest is accessible via lockpicking and thievery where the deciding factor of whether you can pull it off is your character's skill points. I also wish you could get inside the cargo bay of a ship like you can do so in Star Citizen. Alot of missed opportunities in this game it's just very sad to see.

@@Galiant2010 is it.... there wasnt any noticable difference but maybe its cause of the power boostpack I use, as it's pretty sufficient in itself for this
Games where you can also do these things:
10: gmod/roblox
9: - (number 9 is a glitch)
8: Heat signature
7: -
6: skyrim
5: also skyrim
4: No mans sky
3: -
2: This feature in starfield is likely unintentional
1: Why is this at the no.1 spot? Also you can probably do this in gmod, but I'm not gonna try it for a youtube comment
This video should have been titled "10 WORTHLESS Things You can Only DO IN STARFIELD." Aside from maybe one entry, the entirety of the rest is just another example of why the Creation Engine is garbage...
Was glad to see you can clip your character into space, I know you can't do much, but now I will at least be able to get some photos that make it LOOK like I'm out there on an EVA.
Am i the only one who has this as their GOTY? This game is so fucking good i can't stop playing it lol. I was worried about some mixed reviews before it came out, but i have really been enjoying this. I love the Fallout and Elder Scrolls games and this just feels like more of that but different of course. I love the ship building/customization, the shooting feels great, the side quests are really good sometimes i forget aboubt the main quest lol. I do miss the vat system tho. Bethesda really redeemed themselves after 76. It gets me excited thinking about the replay value this game has, going with a different build. This and Resident Evil 4 remake are my top games this year.
it's absolutely mine. I had a pretty good idea of what the game would be going into it and the whole thing totally blew away all my expectations. I've got 130 hours in (I know lol) and there's still so much I know I haven't touched
not mine way to buggy, for me its bg3
@@blinkq_530 BG3s third act is buggier than everything in Starfield combined 🤣🤣
i aint got to act 3 but still way better then this game imo the world, characters, etc@@imitenotbe
Spider-Man 2
A bonus for Number 6 :D you can put a bucket (or anything like it) on the NPC's head and steal everyting you want.
#1: It's not a feature it's a bug excuse
#2: Mods will make the game better.
#3: The clowns that say this game is a 10
Totally agree and imo the game lives up to the hype. You just can't go into it thinking there's real time space exploration and appreciate that it's a Bethesda title through and through.
Yes please, more focus on this being the game for you if you enjoy Bethesda games in general. Can't wait for the next big game to come out so the hate crowd can move on and away from our community.
I'm not sure how to do it intentionally every time but the forward jetpack boost does seem to work on consoles without any keybinding too, I first noticed it when traveling through water, swimming would take forever whilst jumping and boosting across like a dolphin was infinitely faster. If i had to guess, i think it was just a case of holding forward while boosting at the right time of your jump - Im not sure if the water physics made it any easier to do though, but it certainly saved me a tonne of time.
lets be real, most of these are things we can do in older bethesda games, but jettisoned out of leaving ship just happened to me today, this game is trully amazing, cant wait what kinds of standalone mods about to come
I love that these guys put videos out over the weekend. respect
This definitely deserves a 7/10 just by this video
This game definitely deserves an 8/10 minimum
I found number 2 while trying to make a Star Wars-esque ship. Kind of like a combination inspired by a Nebulon B Escort frigate, and a B-wing. It's my main ship and it single-handedly destroyed every Crimson Fleet ship at the Key when I stumbled across it lmao
Fast travel straight to objectives and not explore anything
Holy buckets! That's amazing! (#1 & #6, but especially #1).
You CAN boost forward on console with the strint button but unfortunately only in Zero-g for some reason try it in the temples.
Starfield is game of the year
"10 things you can only do in Starfield" - explains the vendor chest thingy that's been a thing as far back as Skyrim at least...
I love the term "Because its a Bethesda game" ❤
Number 4 was done in No Mans Sky with the whole melee dash maneuver but really its bs that you can't do it on console version of Starfield
Stanfield is just skyrim in space with no soul. R.I.P
Decent game.
This game is so cool gonna be playing it for a very long time. Only 21 hours in and barely level 14 and i stopped the main quests to explore a bit. Currently on some Australian looking lamd scape planet. Went from dead ass rock planet to an snow covered one and now this lol
Except you can’t mod that one thing…..
Sarah’s boobs?
That's something outside of starfield, not within it.
@@Philpot1992 right….
Because I’m sure that Microsoft didn’t use leverage on Nexus Mods at all
@@AncestorEmpire1 well considering Nexus mods have done similar things for years I think it'd take a tinfoil hat to blame Microsoft lol
Add in the power the propels you forward and you’re really moving. Run, jet pack, power, fall, power, fall, jet pack, power, fall, land, run repeat.
Number 11 you can only do with starfield is paying 70 bucks for a game full of bugs.
Most of these are not Stanfield exclusive
Number 8 - You can do space walk in Space engineers, Starcitizen.
In No Man's Sky you can do space walking except it has regular earth like gravity and you can fall.
cool its not an rpg
@@zee-fr5kw it could feel like an RPG, if you give a damn at all about finding artemis and doing all that atlas quest stuff... which no one does. no mans sky is like lofi space. i love both starfield and NMS but honestly i dont think we should keep comparing them.
@@zee-fr5kwNo Man's Sky definitely ticks a lot of RPG boxes.
@@FKyoutubeSERIOUSLY it's a space sim with incredibly lite RPG elements. Starfield is an RPG set in space. Totally different genres of games that just happen to have similar settings
@@imitenotbe Eh, It's as deep or shallow as you make it, man. NMS is an open sandbox of genres.
#2: Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2 did it first, so I like to think of this as a "reference".
I love that people find and share these amazing tricks. Fun and stupid and glorious. Makes me wish I was playing on PC. Really fun video.
Another generic list lol
Im just not into the Bethesda jank anymore, but I do love your channel! Thanks for keeping me entertained all these years.
Wow I made it in a video! #3 ♥️
I love it! PLEASE DO MORE STARFIELD VIDEOS ❤❤❤❤❤
The bucket thing reminds me of when I used to play Fallout New Vegas, I used a wooden crate I found to store my loot and carry around as a shield against ranged weapons.
You know what else you can only do in Starfield? Literally everything else in the game.
That video title is going to make the salt flow.
Haters are so mad that this game is that good and its pretty much the most polished game that came out so far this year.
@@gameranxTVhey clown , I've been boost packing forward since August 31 on XSX, not sure how you don't know that but then again playing the game wasn't a priority as you played to find all the flaws possible to trash it

More Starfield videos. I will watch every Starfield video you guys make
This would have been better if the countdown didnt rely so heavily on pc dev commands
One really cool glitch I found was when you start a space battle and if they talk to you before engaging in combat, press the turbo boost and it’ll launch you like 3k meters away just in case you get surrounded
gameranx came in clutch right when i opended the pizza jake has been promising regardless perfect timing

Dude, I'm having so much fun with this game. I'm constantly finding unintentionally hilarious things. Bethesda put in a few things that are meant to be funny, too. And some of them even are.
Ah, good old Donut ships! Reminds me of the Donut Gummi ships i made in KH2 to cheese all the space stuff.
There’s a billion unique awesome things to do in Starfield and you focus on hacked/mod/glitch things???
Weird.
Starfield is a Bethesda game, but I might play it anyway.
I like this game still haven't complete the main questline
Bro, on ground pounder I killed all of the ecliptic inside the ship and one got his leg caught in the door and the ship ragdolled him by one leg until they all fell out at once. It was FANTASTIC!
If they do decide to do DLC or a free update. I wouldn't mind seeing ship exit missions, gravity boots, space fights, and a new way to play the game by parking your ship. Mining asteroids
There are also 2 vendors chest in akila that you don't even have to clip to get into both are general stores right near the town entrance, you just have to crouch and look at a puddle the right way. The scanner can help you find them.
There r 3 chests
@@Barood95 where is the 3rd??

I'm not sure you've done it already, but how about top 10 games with the best ragdoll physics? Ever since my first experience with ragdoll physiscs in Max Payne 2, it's been one of the things I always look for in games whether or not they have realistic ragdoll physiscs. 😂
I like that all of these are things the devs didn’t intend for you to do lol ‘hey the game isn’t fun but mods/cheats/exploits make it fun’
I'm disappointed that there are no cheese wheels.
This channel has been a gem from day one
I've been here since day 1 believe me when i say its not a gem, a copper perhaps
“Number 1. Dropping 10,000 milk cartons”
Okay, but why would you do that.
soo, for the jetpack thing, all you have to do is run when pushing the jump button twice and you'll jetpack forward instead of up... so you don't need to go and bind any other buttons you can do it by default
Top 10 reasons to celebrate the jankyness of Bethesda's engine.
One of the vendors in Akila City has their chest in a puddle in front of their store. You can access it by crouching.
Which one?
I'm totally going to try #2, making a ship with no centre mass, because that doesn't involve console commands and is just part of the game.
😂😂 great video as always
Falcon doing their best work ever. Jokes are 10/10.
#4: I HAD NO IDEA THANKYOU! Falcon with gameranx AGAIN delivering the goods!
