@@Farshabeeb all I did was basically cut all the processed foods, cakes, cookies, soda, pastas, cereal, rice, noodles, and things like that out of my daily intake. I replaced it with lean meat and green veggies. Chicken, tuna, Cod, whitening, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, spinach, brussel sprouts, green beans, sweet peas, just to name a few. Along with intermittent fasting for lease 16 hours, but sometimes it would be up to 20. And I will eat no more than two meals a day, without snacking at all throughout the day, along with drinking at least a gallon of water every single day. I worked out at least 5 times a week with high intensity for 30 to 45 minutes. And this is literally what I did, oh yeah and I had apple cider vinegar every single morning.
That's cool.. my hubby is obese.. he has to lose 70 lbs.. that's y I asked

I'm fine with oatmeal and chia seeds. I like to add chia seeds to my oats during most mornings, and it's one of my favorite things to eat for breakfast. I'm not too familiar with Lentils though? But I'm curious to try to incorporate them into more of the things I eat.

I eat 1 whole wheat brown slice of bread with some peanut butter on it, 1 egg (boiled/ fried/srambled) and black coffee without sugar.

Coffee stops you from utilizing your vitamin C. That is a very important vitamin.
Question: Im too young to have caffeinated beverages so what can i replace them with?
