15. Berries: Scientists at Harvard University found in 2016 that increasing the daily intake of berries, such as blueberries and strawberries, can help people lose weight for the long term. It is said that the reason for this is because berries have high amounts of flavonoids which have been linked to weight loss.

Whole Grains: A Tufts University study proved that people who eat three or more daily servings of whole grains such as oatmeal had 10 percent less belly fat than people who ate the same amount of white carbs. This is said to be because whole grains are higher in fiber, which keeps you full for longer.
13. Avocados: A study published in the journal Internal Medicine Review found that avocados can help people lose weight for many reasons. The reason for this weight loss is because avocados are rich in many nutrients that help with higher intakes of fiber, healthy fats, vitamins E and C, folate, magnesium, copper and potassium.
12. Cayenne Pepper: The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition performed a study that found that daily consumption of one of the compounds found in pepper speeds up abdominal fat loss. It does this by boosting the body’s ability to convert food into energy. Next time you’re cooking, add some cayenne pepper to spice up some meat or vegetarian dishes.
11. Salmon: A 2015 study from Kyoto University found that salmon helps your body transform fatty white fat cells into fat-burning beige cells. Salmon helps build muscle when following a steady workout routine. It also contains the right types of fats, such as Omega-3s, which helps your body burn more fat.
10. Cinnamon: Researchers at the University of Michigan have found that cinnamaldehyde, which is an essential oil in cinnamon, activates thermogenesis. Thermogenesis is a metabolic bodily process that helps burn calories and produce heat. So if you add some cinnamon to your oatmeal in the morning, you’re literally going to be burning fat cells.

Apples and Pears: Research which was posted on the US National Library of Medicine in 2003 stated the results of a study by the State University of Rio de Janeiro on a correlation between apples, pears, and weight loss. Women were instructed to eat apples, pears, or oatmeal cookies three times a day. After 12 weeks the group that had a fruit supplement lost more weight and had a greater decrease in blood glucose than the group that ate the oatmeal cookies.

Now I know why I always lost weight when I moved back home. My Mom always cooked lots of beans, greens and cornbread. Very little meat and fattening foods. I love and miss my Moma's good cooking. Now she is cooking for angels

popcorn is just really good for a high volume snack since its pretty low cal with no add ons like butter and stuff
I like to eat cucumbers, avocados and soft boiled eggs with some sort of fruit or berry on the side. I take them to work as my snack and lunch. I switch it up a little, but this is my primary go to.
This was very beneficial to me. I've been trying to loose weight just about all my life. But now l've decided to eat healthier and move more. Its been a hard and slow journey to seeing the results of my weight lost, but I am seeing it. 😏 And im proud of myself. Something l haven't been in a long time. Thanks

I love this because some of the top 10 foods, I crush whenever I'm trying to eat better. One summer I only ate eggs and turkey sausage for breakfast, and then chicken with spinach for lunch/dinner depending on when I worked out. Protein shake with whey protein of course after or before workout. :)

Anyelys Rivera & how do you expect me to bring lunch? Lol where do I make it? We can’t cook non-store products on the grill & we can’t put our personal food in the heating cabinets or cooler. I would only be able to bring snacks or food that doesn’t need to be heated or refrigerated which is super limiting.

There are a lot more videos like this so it's just a matter of whether you look for the resources or not. Also, you can just bring a lunch bag if you refuse to eat these kinds of foods and leave it in your car avoiding direct sunlight. I have a co-worker who has a cooler in his car and he just uses it to put his lunch bag there so it gets even less hot or cold. You don't even need a plastic cooler, a styrofoam cooler will do.
Like I said, it's really a matter of resources. You don't need to store things anywhere in your workplace to be able to bring lunch. Good luck and get creative 🤘

Am following diet that's not having rice,wheat,maida , dairies and sugar. Doing 30 mins workout and oatmeal for bfst. Mixed veg for lunch and fruits for dinner. Mid time snack 1 cup green tea and fruits . I got immediate result that's my belly fat reduced within a week. Feeling excited.

Drinking water is good but don't drink it cold or chug it down... Try drinking green tea with freshly cut ginger. Cause I think u night be bloated!!! plus u might be allergic to something ur eating!
I feel that sometimes you dont lose all weight from eating healthy. I have always eaten healthy yet still want to lose weight. Healthy eating helps keep weight down, yet, some people need to include exercise to lose weight.
I have only 1 heavy meal everyday . That is breakfast .. rest full day I have fruits or some few dry fruits and detoxifying water and juices like green tea, cinnamon lemon water, honey water etc.... I exercise for only half hour before having breakfast daily... This has helped me loose 7 kgs. In 2 months... I am going slow but it's really helping me..
Plus I have totally banned white sugar, white rice, flour and everything unhealthy in my house..
I have replaced them with healthier options.. I also take nutrition supplements to keep me energetic all day and it makes me feel my tummy is full..
U can have your cheat diet on weekends.. but remember only on weekends I say

I'm trying to lose weight. I've been following a high protein-low carb diet. I rarely eat meat so I'm enjoying eggs and avacados plus cottage cheese. The cottage cheese may be dairy but it's high in protein

My fav foods when dieting are barley and yogurt. Yogurt helps me build muscle while barley makes me full for longer time. Ouh plus I also took some nuts because i always skip proteins and carbs because of busy scedules.

I eat avocado guacamole ("sabre" snack size tubs) every day & its done wonders for my skin. Plus it's completely nutritious, including potassium & lutein. I could eat it as a meal replacement. Those who have sensitive stomachs might be affected by its polyol content. Avocado oil used topically is also great for eczema.
I have become the unofficial queen of bean soups! They're very inexpensive, high in fiber, and overall healthy. Also, too, is I have avoided sugar. I am finally shrinking! What I like is better described by what I don't like from this list: salmon (tried it 4-5 times and still don't like it); oatmeal! Never, never, never. I consume the rest pretty regularly.😊😉

Eating half of the amount we used to eat normaly & to drink daily 2 liters of water and after each meal drink a cup of Green tea. & not eating after 5 pm.iam doing the interwallfasting 19:5 i have a window of 5 hours to eat so acctually i eat 2 meals a day.
