I have been doing pranayam for last few days. I see lot of improvement in my breathing, however i have been getting lot of long burps. Not sure why it is happening.

Saans saare aasan me poori tarah lena chahiye magar kai aasan jaise adho mukha svanasana ya shishosana me saans jyada chaathi se lete hain 🙏🏻🙂 Aap mere beginners series ko follow kar sakte hain achche se samajhne k liye 🙏🏻🙂

Narendra ji.. deep yogic breath ko sahi se samajhne ke liye.. thoracic, chest aur belly breath ko samajhna bahut zaroori hai.. isme maine teeno ko samjhaya hai ..waise in general deep breaths me swas nabhi se lena chahiye. aap bilkul sahi bol rahe hain 🙏

May be ur body is vata prominent.. Try to focus on food.. eat less oily n light food. Focus on asana as well

उज्जायी सांस में योगिक सांस लेते हैं। लेकिन ज़बरदस्ती बहुत लम्बा सांस लेने की कोशिश ना करे। ध्यान इस बात का रहे की आप आराम से सांस ले सके 🙏🏼🙂
मैम क्या योगिक डीप ब्रीदिंग को लेट कर भी कर सकते हैं यदि हां तो बैठकर करने से जितना लाभ मिलता है इतना लेटकर करने से भी लाभ होगा।
बिल्कुल कर सकते हैं। लाभ उतना ही मिलेगा 🙂🙏🏼 लेट कर करने में अच्छा लगे तो वैसे ही करे 🙂🙏🏼
