You cannot be more correct about Armor All 'foam Cannon'!!! Great idea and construction imo, HORRIBLE performance, wasted close to 50.00. You helped w my decision about torque wrench purchase, keep up the great work
Thanks for the support! Note the one on Amazon isn't the wide mouth, I had to order that from MTM bc of how new it is. No problem! glad you out it useful.
Changing the orifice one some electric washer can damage them since it increases amperage draw. Can always test it with a cheap watt meter if ur worried. I've seen some ppl think just because you have a 20 amp circuit you can draw 20 amps. Like they don't realize the machine itself has a rating.
I recently picked a bear force foam cannon. Watched some really good reviews on it and gave it a go, love it. I'm curious about your opinion on it, you should maybe try it out.
This is great! Thanks! Do you think you’d ever do a comparison of regular Garden Hose Foam Guns or Garden Hose Nozzles for washing cars for those of us without access to pressure washers?
Thanks, yeah hopefully at some point this year. I might need to boost my water pressure first though. Its regulated down to 45psi so I don't blow a line in this 1850 farm house.
I have a gas powered, belt driven 4.0gpm 4000psi cold pressure washer I use to wash house, walks driveway and boat bottom. How would the MTM foam canon work on such a machine?
@@Tools-Tested I just ordered one. I have another pressure washer pump meant for an electric motor. I think it's 2.5gpm @ 2500 PSI I will use that when I get it setup. Thank you for the reply!
So please tell me again why you are picking the DBR over the Astro AI if both come with sub 1.0 orifice? Is the DBR just a little smaller since wouldn't fit gauge? Which is your #1 if the Astro Al is currently on sale on AMZN for $19.54?? Thanks for your reviews.
My foam cannon is not foaming for some reason, was working just fine then nothing... i disassembled the whole thing and even cleaned the filter ... its a cheap amazon one@Tools-Tested
So it has a less than 1.1 orifice in the DBR? But if I have a 3100 psi Honda gas powered power washer I want a larger orifice do I have to buy one? I can’t remember in your video you saying whether it came with an extra one or not??? I was gonna order theDBR on Amazon but I’m not gonna do it if I have to buy an orifice or try and track one down
We've had them. Just haven't been utilized. One could say the same about EU not utilizing bathroom exhaust fans for condensation and odors and everyone coughing into their hands like it's the 1960s
@lukas______ not sure about the rest of Europe, but it's been a regulation for extration fans in bathrooms and kitchens for many years. Every house I have lived in has had them. Although new houses now often have heat recovery exchange fans too.
Note image edit mistake @1:32 show realyou but its actually Trinova and @1:54 shows Foamking in the corner but is Raincovo.
@tools-tested why didn't you include the Z-011 Tornador Foam Gun in either video?

Yep I agree awesome concept, but poor execution.
Glad to hear my videos are helpful, will do!
Thanks for the video had my amazon cart with a bunch of foam cannon brands cant decide until just watch the video, DBR ✔️
No problem! Glad you found it useful.
DBR on sale for $17 right now. EASY BUY thanks to your video.
Nice! glad you found it useful!
Thanks for the video, 💪🏻💪🏻
No problem 👍
Thank you for the recommendation, the DBR Tech works like a charm!
Great to hear!
i think everyone wanted you to try the regular armor all cannon. you seem to be trying the 2 in 1. thanks for the research!
I will add it to the list for part 3.
got one used your link... keep up the good work, thanks.
Nice, Thanks for using the link! Glad you found this video helpful.
I have the mjjc, it’s the best imo, great quality you get what you pay for
I've got the MTM in my Amazon cart from your links. Thanks again for the hard work.

I use a foam cannon from harbor freight and armour all snow foam and it's amazing
Very well put together. Thanks for the great comparisons.
Thanks! Glad it was helpful!
Great thorough review! Thank you for taking all the time to perform the content.
No problem! Glad you enjoyed it!

great video part 1 and part 2. thank you.

Can u use Dark Fury by Superior with the DBR?
Sadly I cant say how it would perform, if the viscosity is similar to normal soap I would expect it to work.
Your number one pick is the astro ai, does it have markings on the bottle for ounces?
Yeah scale is oz and ml
I have a gas powered, belt driven 4.0gpm 4000psi cold pressure washer I use to wash house, walks driveway and boat bottom. How would the MTM foam canon work on such a machine?
Yeah I would go with the MTM, with the 1.25 installed. If it is foaming well you could go with a bigger orfice.
@@Tools-Tested I just ordered one. I have another pressure washer pump meant for an electric motor. I think it's 2.5gpm @ 2500 PSI I will use that when I get it setup. Thank you for the reply!
@@OdinsCloud no problem!
what cannon would you recommend if i’m using a 2900psi 2.5gpm pressure washer?
Outstanding video. Thank-you very much.
Glad you enjoyed it! No problem!
Ordered the Astro, do you have a suggestion for a rinseless wash/maybe a next comparison video?
Nice! Not off hand, I do need to test some.
Which wand are you using? Any consideration to review wands?
That's a MTM wand, I plan on it but still have to order them. Pressure washers will be tomorrow, June garden hose foamers so probably august.
Which is the best foam cannon for a gas pressure washer
They all will perform well on a gas pressure washer, but I would still prefer one with a 1.1 orfice for better foaming.
Funny most of the time when I see or read a review in it's a;ways best for the money. I just want the best sometimes.
good content thk .
No problem! Glad you enjoyed it!

The astro and DBR are basically the same with a orifice around 1.0, I would buy whichever is cheaper on Amazon. No problem!
Excellent work! When can we expect the “the best electric pressure washer” video to drop?
Thanks! probably won't be until August, I have a few videos already in the works.
Anyone try the bear force? I am so confused how these all have different performance when basically all the same thing :)
so dbr tech or astro ai?
Yep, they are basically the same thing, so whichever is cheaper at the time of purchase.
We need the best power wash gun for electric and or gas
It’s on the list, but probably won’t be until August.
Thx !
Will i be good with these foam canons to connect to my sun Joe 25xx max series pressure washer??
Bought the db one here and yes all good 👍🏻
Good to hear, sorry for the delayed response.
is there any reason for going mtm or mjjc vs a cheaper foam cannon with a 1.1 orifice?
To me if it has a 1.1 it works just as good, mtm is made in Italy though instead of china.
My foam cannon is not foaming for some reason, was working just fine then nothing... i disassembled the whole thing and even cleaned the filter ... its a cheap amazon one@Tools-Tested
@@Tools-Testedany clue why, and I have 1.1 mm orfice
where did you get an actual 1.1 orifice?
Amazon sells them, link is in description. Some also come with the 1.1, see table in video.
@1:55 foamking appears to be $40, not 21. Can you send link for $21 version?
Sorry thats an edit mistake, show foamking in the corner but I'm actually using the raincovo.
I use an electric powered Bosch AQT 140 and puts out 2030 Psi. A 1.1mm will ruin the motor. The machine can`t handle it. It pulses and chokes.
Interesting, thanks for the info!

Yeah it has a 1.0 only so u would have to buy a bigger orifice or look at one with a 1.1 or 1.2.
How are americans only just discovering garden hose quick connects? The UK has had them for maybe 30 years or more.
We've had them. Just haven't been utilized. One could say the same about EU not utilizing bathroom exhaust fans for condensation and odors and everyone coughing into their hands like it's the 1960s

Brits want to be better at anything huh lol
@yeahh_idk_ Europeans* I am sure that connection is used across europe.
I have the harbor freight foam gun for hoses and it is absolutely awful. Don't buy it
Sad to hear that, I actually bought it for testing.... but haven't tried it yet.
I’m a detailer and sometimes I use the garden hose foam gun, and it works really well tbh for what it is.
@@MBV180 I hope to test them next month.
@MBV180 it may be user error on my end or I got a faulty one then
Mine came out great. Now they come with both a 1.2 and 1.1 orfice from the factory also
Anyone else absolutely annoyed by the stupid flinging of soap with each one? Dear god
Nope. It was needed as it validated the foam quality.
Don't be surprised if it is just you bothered by that. Did it hurt you to get a better sense of the foam characteristics?
Just you
