I bought a pf22 and after a while I thought it was broken so I bought another one. I took the first one apart and after watching your video I realised I didn't push the filter in properly so that it was seated in the bottom. Works fine now so I have two working PF22's. Thanks.
This video was so helpful! My OG PF 22 from 2019 was starting to need some love and now that I upgraded to the active 2.0 from the OG Karcher setup I decided to rebuild the foam cannon and wow was this video helpful! Thanks a million!
I found that the orifice located just after the suction tube had got clogged. It's an extremely small hole. It wasn't apparent that it was clogged either. I had a pick tool and spent some time scraping in there. After putting back together all is working.
@@ObsessedGarageShorts I found that to get it back in i would squeeze with the needle nose pliers and push it down with the pick tool. I got lucky taking it out/in with little effort.
I have the original PF22 foam cannon and this is the best video on UA-cam to learn how to rebuild the cannon. Now my MTM is foaming like it is brand new. Great job showing step-by-step how to disassemble and reassemble the PF22.

One for your Car soap and one for your Wheel Cleaner 👀
😂uses Matt’s Sonic combo wrench as a hammer.
Very good rebuild video.
Every tool is a hammer. 😂

I want to see him use the blue billet funnel as a hammer next.

Just had to rebuild both of mine. Many thank yous
The same kit and procedure work for the original PF22 as well.
This is good information.

My nozzle keeps turning during use. I’ll have a nice fan… then it just shoots into a stream… think the rebuild would solve that?
Bro i lost that snap ring and my foam cannon has been RIP ever since. What size is it or what do i need to do? I miss my pf22
I rebuild everything on the mtm p22 just was having problem removing the snap ring
Yeah, that snap ring is a real pain. We didn't show it in the video for time sake but Nick was fighting it for about 5 mins.

How often do you rebuild ?
As needed.
