      Oh this one is strong and fuses yoga/pilates and body conditioning. I’m so glad you enjoyed it. I always try and incorporate equal parts strength and flexibility - though I was thinking I could have included more rest when I was filming! I was sweating! Thanks for practicing with me 🙏

    I'm so grateful to have found your channel. I do one of your flows every day, usually in the morning as the sun rises; however, I did this flow in the afternoon to combat some lingering anxiety and stress, and it was just as spiritually healing (and, yes, sweaty, haha). I'm excited to try some of your more advanced flows now that my practice is progressing. Thank you for continuing to offer high-quality classes during these highly uncertain times. Be well!

    The dolphin pushups are really challenging! I've been trying to develop forearm stand and I felt like those would be good to help develop that upper back strength. Thanks Fi!

      Oh this one is my most challenging... everything hard after 20 min for me lol! Both down dog push ups and holding forearm dog and forearm plank helpful. And posterior work on spinal mobility / core as the arm balance has a bit of back bending I find.

      Awesome! That’s great. Alice asked for core flow classes and I grouped them together for her. Glad you enjoyed browsing there too. The 75 min is quite mellow but nice to do if you have time x I’m shooting a couple of stronger classes next week. Another cardio blend and an ashtanga inspired one . Enjoy. Have a great weekend!

      Hi Alice :-) I’m so glad you enjoyed this one! It’s a little different to my regular classes but fun to mix it up and I was sweating too! lol . I nearly always include some core work in my flows, but to make it easy for you to find, hop onto my channel, go to playlists and I’ll curate a list of classes for you :-) the playlist will be called ‘Alice’ .
