60 Minute Total Body Yoga Conditioning

- This is a 60 minute total body yoga conditioning class. A whole body strengthener flow that tones your arms, core and legs. You'll slowly build heat through functional movements that invite you to move from your centre. A combination of flow, targeted abdominal core work and time to rest and unwind in seated meditation & shavasana. Class moves at an accessible pace, challenging at times and rest stops along the way. Enjoy!

This was a really tough one for me, Fiona. I enjoyed it! For me the hardest part was laying flat on my back with my legs Straight and pointing up!! Thank you for sharing.
You’re so welcome! The conditioning classes are generally on the more challenging end of the spectrum. Mostly Entry level poses but sequenced in a strong way to build strength and endurance. Well done on this one. I found it strong too :)

Haha! I do lots of yoga .... sometimes I just flow and sequences appear! Sometimes I’ll do someone else’s class and love it... and include their moves. I always try to surprise x
